I thought I would HATE working out in an infrared sauna. Turns out I was wrong!!! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! I recommend it to all my skincare clients, older family members, athletic friends and their kids over 12 years of age. It is such a great benefit and affordable. Since starting to workout at Hotworx I have seen better stamina, in my skating, I've seen better flexibility, I've seen better skin tone. And as someone who has rosacea, I really thought the heat would affect it more, and it hasn't, though I do take extra steps to help make sure I'm not making it worse, but the health benefits outweigh that. So much more than I would deal with it. The staff is amazing, always friendly, smiling. The sauna and the studio are absolutely clean. Doesn't smell like a gym? It smells fresh everybody else that works out. There is super nice. I highly recommend and they do offer a free trial workout to take advantage. I absolutely love HOTWORX! Every time I come in during staffed hours, I'm greeted warmly by the staff, which always makes me feel welcome. The facility is consistently clean, and you can tell the team takes pride in maintaining it--the girls are always cleaning and keeping everything in great shape. Ok so I HATE working out. But somehow at the age of 49, these 15 minute sessions go by so fast and I feel so good that this might just be what I needed to get myself in shape. The heat helps my muscles not feel sore the next day so I'm fully functional. Highly recommend. read more

HOTWORX is a virtual instructor studio that offers classes 24/7 in an infrared gym. Each room has a different class being offered such as cycle, yoga, rowing, yoga stretch, bands, buns, Pilates, etc. The classes are three individuals per room. I don't find classes crowded as the gym just opened last month. You have secure door access code to enter and you schedule your classes on the app. There is an equipment room in the back, clean restrooms and a shower. They have a vending machine in the back for protein bars, hydration, bands, etc and merchandise you can purchase in the front. You can rent equipment in the lockers in case you forget your yoga mat and towel or bands. The gym requires you to purchase their hemp yoga mat which is heat resistant and durable. The accompanying towels are anti-skid and perfect for yoga classes. It is located in a shopping plaza next door to Sprouts and Daiso. Parking is spacious and free. The studio owner Stella is amazing and everyone you meet at the gym is so friendly and I have never encountered any issues. read more

I always wanted to workout inside a sauna and finally saw one so close by, but I was still hesitant since I wasn't sure if I can fully commit to it( with my work schedule and the kids). I came in 3 weeks ago to try it out and immediately greeted by the sweetest staff Emily, she gave me a tour and I got to try out 1 class and let me tell you, it didn't take long for me to get excited to sign up lol the place is so clean, it doesn't smell, and it has a little gym area where you can lift. Everything is set up so nicely. Miranda was also very helpful and kind. This place truly has an amazing staff, not only are they kind but also very knowledgeable! Had my membership for 3 weeks now and I can ONLY SAY great things. Not only is the place so nice but It always gets me excited to workout (the sweat I tell you feels amazing) I haven't been this consistent in years and finally putting in time for myself and my health . Awesome studio with friendly staff! The studio was clean and spacious. We took a 15 min spin and 30 min Pilates class and sweated a bunch! Restrooms are clean and there are plenty of wipes and cleaners to wipe down equipment. Can't wait to come back and try the other classes. read more
