Since then, I've been coming once or twice a week, and I feel so great after every class. I had never done Pilates before, and honestly, I regret not starting sooner! Antonio is a wonderful instructor who gives precise instructions with every movement, and I love how each exercise targets all my problem areas. He is patient, kind, and always willing to help when I'm unsure how to use certain parts of the reformer, which can definitely feel intimidating for beginners. I've also taken a class with Betty, and she is wonderful as well. The front desk staff is always helpful, welcoming, and courteous every time I come in. This place is so clean, there's never any bad smells like regular gyms. My only wish is that I could go more often, but being retired, the unlimited plan just isn't in my budget right now. Brenda, who is one of the owners and teaches as well is a gem!!! Brenda has taught me so much about my body and just breathing really. I trained with Michell and Hadil throughout my whole pregnancy and they were very accommodating and thorough, helping me to feel strong and pain free.
