The rooms helped to get rid of water weight but I never saw the fat reduction from the workouts as advertised and that is with all sorts of consistent diets. It's cheap, but I'll probably save the trip and pass on the membership. I tired it because of all the benefits in advertising and because it was "new."

I used to be a regular here and had to quit about 7 years ago due to a bad case of plantar…read morefascitis. At the time they had carpet on concrete for floors. Now I'm back, due to a great welcome back special, and they have nice wood floors. So far, so good. The classes are fun. Most of the instructors are great and really make you work hard. My one "negative" is that they advertise "changing rooms" and really its just a cold, dark bathroom. No where to sit and put your socks on, no where to put your stuff except on the sink or floor. Not really a changing room at all. I just make sure I change at home or work and in a pinch the bathroom works.
