We started with yoga, with great focus in breathing techniques. The yoga nidra came after and can I say, it was, for myself, intense. I have never donenany type of meditating, and by the end of the session, I was silently crying. It helped release so much needed stress and anxiety that I have been holding onto. Every single instructor I've had the pleasure of meeting exceeds my expectations. They don't take anything too seriously like other yoga places do, great vibes, the laughs in the room make everyone feel more comfortable, they give you nice frozen wash cloths after hot yoga that have different essential oils in them.. The entire business is clean, there's always a worker at the desk to check people in, they have a beautiful Christmas tree out, plants, store merch, coffee, tea, water, and even a shower in the bathroom. We have seriously enjoyed our time so much that we're gonna be buying the monthly membership and become regulars for real! They are very big on listening to your own body - taking a drink of water and coming down onto your mat when you need to rest. I love that because it makes you feel way less self conscious when you end up needing to take a rest. I wasn't expecting such a good experience (not sure why) but I'm very very grateful for this place. I'm shy and I always kind of had this feeling that I wouldn't belong into a place like this but I was very wrong. I can't wait to try all the other classes you can take. As someone who is pregnant doing this for the first time she has made it so doing something new is comfortable, which can be anxiety riding (pregnancy in general.) If you're looking for pre-natal yoga, please come here. The $35 / 2 weeks is a great day and includes in person and online classes. They have offers for class packages to sign up for which pricing is great, especially since I've gone and looked at other studios. They provide all "tools" yoga mat, blankets, massage balls, yoga blocks and much more which is also a bonus a lot of studios don't include. You can bring your own or use what is offered.
