It's now 6:36am with no employee or Manager in sight to open up the gym. Folks are beginning to leave which is unfortunate. I hope this is not a pattern going forward. I will be leaving after I finish this review. This gym has consistently fallen off track over the years and with the new competition in the area. I don't feel sorry if tons of members decide to go elsewhere. I've been a member for 16 years and the decline is obvious. They might not see it but long time members do. It took ONELIFE years to change their operating hours somewhat back to their pre COVID hours. While other gyms have 24 hour access. The size of a gym doesn't matter when the quality of service has gone down.

They're ignoring a signed agreement and trying to strong-arm customers into paying for extra time we didn't agree to. What kind of business pulls something like this and expects to keep customers? If they treat signed contracts like suggestions, imagine how little they care about fairness or transparency. I've lost all trust in this company. If you're thinking of signing up -- don't. Read the fine print, and then prepare to have it ignored when it no longer benefits them.

I understand that the gym is trying to provide a service to the community for the kids, but I think it would be better if they had specific hours for minors. This would allow adults to have a more focused workout experience. Perhaps the gym could consider having kids under 18 only allowed between 10am and 3pm.

More and more often every machine will be occupied without a single machine moving. 3 or 4 kids camping at the same machine while staring at their phones. The locker rooms are filled with trash. You pay for a black membership and you have teens sitting in the massage chairs they haven't paid for. After 2-3pm this place is useless. I've always heard mediocre things about planet fitness. At first I thought this one might be different but it's living up to its terrible reputation. Good riddance.
