This is enhanced by the friendly small group setting, meaning that you receive so much more instruction (and assists!) in a single class than otherwise. Tamara also has this fantastic ability to work with specific needs (e.g. my hip replacement) and to weave appropriate progressions into the classes during the week, then week over week. I have seen tremendous growth in my Yoga practice as a direct result. It is special. She will make _you_ feel special. The Yoga class is for up to six people, not heated and for all ability levels. You get out what you put in, both physically and mentally. I enjoyed it so much that I'm now also enthusiastically on a Pilates journey and recompiling my body's algorithms with how to move properly. I drive over 20 minutes to get to this location but it's absolutely worth it. The location is surrounded by some excellent eating and libations in Clifton, should you wish to reward your magnificence afterwards. You're worth it.

Lots of options for classes & instructors, AND they are all great! Parking is easy. It's really a very special place.

It's about 15-20 minutes of them going through a few exercises then trying to sell you a membership. I personally like taking an actual class to get a feel for the program. You have to take a certain number of each lower level class to take higher classes. For example they said 15 1.0 classes, 30-50 1.5 classes, then to progress to 2.0 they have to personally assess you. The prices are quite expensive. $149 registration fee (which if you're military is waved). You must sign up for 3 months and then it is month to month. Unlimited is $259.00, $109.00 for a 4 pack, $119.00 for 8 pack, and $35 drop in. Honestly, I would consider a drop in class but for the price I think you should be able to pick your level of difficulty. I also think they should not advertise it as a free class as you're not truly getting a class, you're getting 15-20 minutes of them showing equipment and then trying to sell membership. As someone in the class "it was fun while it lasted" as it was so short that I truly don't know what it's like to take a class there.

I see a review got posted dismissing the quality of the Club Pilates regiment unfairly by @Amber F. but reassured it was pretty ignorant/devoid of any truth, most likely made from a misunderstanding respectfully, so I'll give my experience to shed light on the situation. This not dictated or mandated but for the purpose of truth out of appreciation of the quality of Club Pilates program. I signed up for the intro class, which was given freely by the way, all it took was the purchase of pair of grippy socks needed for the class, literally for less than what you spend on any takeout meal in this upper middle-class area (and if you ever been to Skyzone you have the socks required and no purchase is necessary.) I'm a former athlete who's trained with D1/D2/D3/Junior college competitors pretty all my life in basketball, football, track, and martial arts. The regiment I went through in the 30 minutes I had the pleasure of learning from Suzy T corrected imbalances in my body I picked up from decades of improper technique, taught me proper utilization of my core, the form required to activate the muscles in order to stabilize most major muscle chains within the body, history of Pilates/functionality, how to use my feet correctly and how that ties into utilizing my core. The point of Pilates isn't to have some ego boosting lift that makes you feel tired and exhausted. It's a corrective measure that's more of an active rehabilitation process with necessary resistance. Perspective and open mind is everything. We should refrain from using debasement of a legitimate organization due to something as petty as a monetary disagreement. We even negotiated a price that fit my budget and I'm making less than $2000 a month. If you want Mcdonalds results than go to the program with the Mcdonalds prices that makes you "sweat". Stay blessed, respectfully.
