3 days after turning my house inside out looking for my car key my 1 year old hid, I had given up. Called the Toyota dealership and a new fob was going to be around $850. We needed to replace a car key fob and contacted another locksmith who kept us dangling for a month and then told us the key was on back order, and they couldn't do the job. We contacted Houdini and Yakob promised he could get our replacement key, and that's what he did. It took a little while, but he didn't quit on us and when the key arrived, he brought it to us the next morning. In fifteen minutes we had a new working key. He was courteous and professional, and did what he promised. We won't use any other locksmith. read more

I was locked out of my house and contacted them for help. He assured me he would be here in an hour and to text him my address. I texted my address and phone number at 3:27 PM. At 5:32 PM after two hours I asked for an update and he didn't respond. I called the number and the answering machine informed me it was now after hours and to text the number. I still didn't receive a response. 6:27 I texted again and no response. 7:30 PM and no response. 7:33 PM no response. I started talking to passer byes hoping someone could help me as it is now getting cold and windy. One couple was able to help me open a window. It is now 8:40 PM and I have not heard from your locksmith. I am thankful for the other two people I contacted -who informed me they were not able to help me. I am deeply disappointed in your services. Communication is critical and I should have at least been notified that you would not be arriving so I could take other measures.
