It's a shame that a solid real estate company such as Houlihand and Lawrence has in it's service one of the worst most unethical and dishonest sales agents in residential real estate. JoAnn Fraoli gives H & L agents and all Bedford agents a really terrible reputation.
if you decide to sell your home, run as fast as you can if you hear the name JoAnn Fraioli . She turned a simple house sale into a 2 year nightmare and even after we fired her she turned up with buyers and proceeded to make our lives hell right up until the walk thru. If it wasn't for our lawyer, the deal would have ended up in court.
The agency Houlihan and Lawrence should send despicable , divisive agents like Ms. Fraioli packing, she's a black mark on their name. There are many agents who are lazy or inexperienced but its takes a special kind of person to deliberately drive down the price of a house with random , unscheduled house inspections, bad mouthing the property at open houses to other agents and damaging a property , leaving lights on and windows open to allow water damage to floors, allowing inspectors to break walls... Its too late for us , but future customers should be warned , as will the board of realtors, that unscrupulous agents should not be tolerated. read more
