Denny the owner did the trim for the floors....doesnt know how to cut a mitre joint, and used butt joints which a 3rd grader can do, but quoted a general contractor price per foot. Painted basement walls, and got paint all over floor and stairs due to zero masking.....i was forced to paint basement floor to hide the mess. Towards end of job with no more big money coming, he ghosted the job knowing the last bit of furniture needed removal as house is listed for sale. Left 3 doors off hinges as they needed bottom trimmed to clear new floor. Left unfinished threshold for entry door. I had to clean and organize every day after he left messes everywhere. He might be ok for hauling junk if he shows up but I wouldnt let him touch my house again. He no showed again 2 days ago, knowing im leaving the country....but was delayed due to son in hospital...even that didnt get enough compassion to come keep his word. This guy is a clown not to be trusted. Get it in writing, and beware of his creative off the top of his head pricing.
