Chips continue to appear. The salesman, during the initial consultation, lead us to believe that a raised edge could be added to another island piece. Hit his was further discussed in subsequent emails. On installation day no edge was added. The installers told us such a thing was no feasible. The salesman should have informed us of this from the onset as to allow us to build the cabinet differently. No apology given. I will never purchase from them again.

They remeasured for new pieces. After multiple attempts of leaving voicemails and emails with no reply over a period of 3 weeks from both us and our contractors, they finally called to schedule the second install. Our countertops are finally done after over 7 weeks. They did not apologize for the mis-measurment and barely said sorry for not returning our phone calls and emails after 3 weeks. This has been the hardest business to get in contact with, they do not answer their phones AT ALL and do not return voicemails or emails.
