As a side note the other companies we called either charged for estimates or were only interested in telling me I shouldn't choose wood for my fence (without seeing my yard and the fact that it's already half fenced in with wood). The one other guy that came out didn't ask any questions or really talk to me, he just measured. Anyway back to Imperial Fence- Freddie showed up when he said he would and was very communicative in between. From the time I said I wanted a fence to the fence being completed was literally one week. Amazing. Freddie and his nephew got the job done quickly and efficiently and even helped clear some of the brush. The work is guaranteed for 3 years. I was hoping they would say we will come out and give an extra treatment, but my only option was to pay for an extra treatment. I kept asking about the quality of the material and was told the material is great. Driveway and berm were installed a year ago. Now I am having all kinds of problems with the work. The driveway is wavy and is not consistent throughout. Edges are jagged and pieces are missing There was a small crack at the end of the driveway. The asphalt near the road is all gray and pieces of asphalt gone. The berm is pitted and has cracks in it. I had a problem where a truck caused damage to the berm, I called and asked for help and no one called me. Now I have texted them pictures and my concerns about just how long this driveway will last. I have only put a dent in the loan I took out to pay for all of this. I am now getting stonewalled again, there was no guarantee of the work. Honestly, because I am a senior citizen woman I feel I was taken advantage of.

I have used several tree services over the years, and while I have had good experiences with all of them, none have been as efficient, professional, and impressive as Witkowski & Sons. The crew today consisted of Joe, the leader, along with Abel and Willy. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional, courteous, and extremely careful--especially around my septic fields, which was very important to me. I watched them from my window, and I couldn't get over how hard they worked--and yet they made it look almost effortless. They worked as a team, knew exactly what they were doing, and took great care with my property. When they were finished, everything was cleaned up beautifully. My only advice to anyone considering Witkowski & Sons is this: If you have to wait for them, they are absolutely worth the wait. I will definitely be calling them again in the future. In fact, I already want them back to do some light pruning of several rare ornamental trees in the front of my property. I trust them completely with my trees and my property. And a special word about Joe: he is stellar. His work ethic, professionalism, politeness, and genuinely friendly manner make him a tremendous asset to the company. My message went completely unanswered. So, I was ghosted by this company. I don't waste other people's time, and I take exception when other's waste mine. It's a total lack of professionalism and common courtesy. Moreover, it's a hell of a way [not] to run a business! I see from reading through other reviews on here that I'm not the first and only customer to complain of this specific issue with this company. Beware! They will steal YOUR time! Update 6/7/26: They just proved my point by responding to this review 10 months after it was posted. It would seem that timeliness escapes these folks at every turn. The following morning at the start of business, Tiffanie began psycho-calling and texting me, leaving hysterical voice messages and sending repeated texts. Charlie was super honest about it and communicative about where he was in the process. So sure, getting to the install day was a drag - but it also wasn't his fault. Still, he was open and honest.
