He came out the next day and assured me he could take care of the replacement, quoted me a very reasonable price and said the new guardrails would be ready in 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. One week later, a truck pulled up outside and within about an hour the old railings were gone and the new railings were installed! I can't say enough about the outstanding level of service I received from Jose and his crew. I plan to install a fence in the backyard for our dogs and I wouldn't think of calling anyone else but Starline Fence & Guardrail to do the work.

When he came out to the property, the quote he gave me on the phone was exactly the same as the quote he gave me in person. He scheduled me for the following week. On the day of, he arrived early with his team and when I got home from work, the fence was 99% done. His team came back the next morning and finished installing the gates. The final bill was exactly what he said it would be. We have had multiple contractors at our new home - for painting, small projects, HVAC, etc - and by far Jose was the most honest and reliable. We had a lot of brush and some saplings in the way and the land isn't entirely level, so he wanted to ask us about our preferences and be realistic about how we could get it done.
