Our budget and time frame ended up being a little tighter than we had originally hoped due to some required foundation and electrical work, so we had to scale back our project and go with a smaller business. However, we are hoping when we do our next project, which will be the kitchen, that Ray and Nohemi will be available. Would love to work with them beyond just the design phase.

It is 2025 and we again have a few projects we want to do and some things we want updated. Ray was able to reach out to the subcontractor who worked with us during our 2016 remodel to make changes to our home security system and cameras. Seriously, almost 10 years later. We had a custom built steel gate installed in 2016. Ray still knew who built it and knew what would be involved at adding a new coat of paint. Ray also helped with moving us over to one system like Ring, Nest,or Wyze. Instead of a hodge podge of various products. This has been huge. During that process he reminded us that the new code requires 3 smoke/fire/carbon detectors. We have referred several friends to HDP and allowed individuals to tour our home and inspect his work. Nothing looks real as other programs are, such as the ones you see on HGTV and on the internet. It seems like she is trying to save a few dollars by offering her clients pitiful drawings of her designs. This is greed! More money in my pocket. She always blamed mistakes on a college student. Some of her issues were stuff not drawn to scale and measurements being off. She wasted our time and money. She also would not verify some design changes in our kitchen to see if it was possible. She would just come up with an idea and put it on paper and it would not be practical due to our house layout. It was as if a 10 year old was running the operations. Her master bathroom drawings submitted to me were terrible. She would say I am teaching my intern allowing her to do the sloppy work. I paid her 100.00 an hour while she had a student work ing on my designs of my house. She possible paid them not much . In return the work was awful. No supervision, so it could be assumed. All of the failures were blamed on her student. It was her excuse for a pitiful job. I was the victim. She would brag I am making a lot of money and stock-piling it into my bank account. No quality here. Because of her chasing money over quality. It would take her a long time to come up with a drawing. If simple changes were needed it would take her up to 10 days to do 30 minutes of work. No customer service here. She did 3 awful drawing and I wanted to pay her for her time of 90 minutes for each drawing of 450.00 and get refunded 750.00 she refused. She did not do more work. She stated the average drawing takes her 90 minutes. I paid her 1200. Her rate is 100 an hour and she said it takes her 12 hours to complete a master bathroom. So after her bad work and arguing with me to do other designs, she said she only does 3 designs but I still had around a 750.00 credit. I asked her for a full refund for the uncompleted work and she refused. She got terminated for her bad service and awful designs. She owed me another 550.00 for another bathroom that she did not complete and she refuses to refund my money.
