As luck would have it, I decided to finish out some built-in kitchen cabinets with Elfa sliding baskets, sadly without the Elfa sale happening. Since this built-in sideboard has a 17" depth, I am limited in my choices. I was greeted when I entered and I wanted to just walk around and see what was new since my last visit at another store. Another team member followed up and she was very helpful in selecting the rolling baskets we needed to match what we installed over 10 years ago. I don't know why we didn't do them all at the same time, but it was probably cost prohibitive at the time during our kitchen remodel. We made our way up front to the checkout counter to wait in line, but our sales lady was able to scan and tabulate and finalize our purchase right in our cart! Pretty cool! We didn't need any bags so we were on our way in no time! My receipt was emailed to me and we went home and installed the rolling baskets within the hour! A great feeling of organization and accomplishment!

At 2 pm, email stating delivery would be june 9. then told 10:30-1:30 window. morning of the 9th, time change. Oven finally did arrive, the gentlemen that delivered and installed were professional and friendly. Installation was done in about 15 minutes.

When fully reclined, you cannot even see the TV properly, which completely defeats the purpose of buying recliners for a home theater setup. On delivery, we were told that if anything was wrong, we had three days to call. We called within that period, exactly as instructed. Instead of trying to help, the representative basically told us it was our problem and that they would not refund or return the recliners. The attitude was dismissive, rude, and completely unacceptable. I have bought many things from Ashley Furniture in the past and never had an issue with other locations, which makes this even more disappointing. It is on par with most IKEA- chaotic layout which is what makes it fun! Lots to discover and so many wonderful products. Helpful employees but increasing the store puts onus on the customer to self serve. There is a food counter as well. I know many who come here to actually eat.
