Horrible service!!!…read more We scheduled a Friday maintenance appointment with Goat Air and set aside time to be available during their service window. At the last minute, they texted us to cancel, claiming an "emergency repair." When I called, the story changed, they admitted they took a bigger, higher-paying job (full heating system replacement) and pushed us aside, told us either cancel or reschedule with them. They didn't even bother calling back, just sent a text canceling after pretending to "sort things out." Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
