Would not recommend. Not only did they put the check valve in backwards, allowing the pressure tank to fill with the pump continually cycling on and off while I was gone at work, which I had to find and remedy, but the excavator hit the siding on our house damaging part of it, knowing that we were going to be moving out of the house soon and didn't have time for them to come out and fix. I felt I need to have all of the work they did double checked. read more

Driving to fast over posted speed limit on one lane gravel road causing dust storm and after dropping off equipment came out driving even faster. There back again but now there are two trucks making there rounds, both driving way to fast on private gravel road with posted speed and children playing, dust covering cars , houses, and everything else around. read more

They dropped it off and picked it up and that's about it. Other than that, it was poorly serviced, when serviced at all. I believe the service record was fraudulent based on having no sanitizer for approximately 8 weeks. I called with complaints and the staff that answered the phone was very polite but I never received a call back from the manager after multiple phone calls. Sadly, if you live in a rural community there are not many options. House Brothers must bank on that or they would do better. read more

Every time I need help they are available even when they are slammed they make time for you. Love these people they away call me right back. I Had a ball fall into toilet once "DOG OR KID"and it was late like 7or 8ish they stopped there lives to come help me. And I had water under my house once because my sump pump stopped working. I called them they came right out and fixed it. I thank it important that people know what kind of people these guys are. Thank you "House Brothers" for always rescuing us!!! I asked for a 2nd estimate for over a month and never got a call, text or anything even after leaving several messages, texts and calling their office. At first they were pleasant and even came onsite. After that good luck getting a hold of them. Their poor communication speak volumes to me about how they work. On behalf of my parents as well as many other family members and friends I would give this company zero stars if possible. They will charge overinflated prices and have absolutely no explanation as to where these charges are coming from! The job will be incomplete in comparison to what was agreed upon initially. They will give you a "rough estimate" as far as pricing without a trace of a paper trail, just to be sure they can screw you over in the end! Doesn't even deserve the 1 star. Had a rough verbal estimate. Documented every minute they were on site and every load of gravel they put in place. Time and materials came in way under verbal estimate but was still charged full price with them claiming we had almost double the amount of gravel and more cat time then was ever used. I had heard from numerous other people that this would happen with no explanation of extra cost but decided to go against my gut on this one and the other people's concerns were confirmed. Will never use again there are plenty of honest companies in the harbor that would be way better to use. Apparently you must need to be a member of their church to get an actual HONEST price not an overinflated falsely documented charge. read more

So I would like to start off by saying all these good reviews happen to come from family & friends of the same little pack where they strongly say that they are honest people....we had some work done by House Brothers construction, I had asked for a estimate in writing for several months never got one!! They did the job claim that they had a lot more loads of pitrun & Cat time then they had. I called them about a week later about a pretty good size unlevel spot right in front of the garage area that is about 1 ft deep that holds water, & nobody has came to look at it or fix it & this was suppose to be a grade job in June(ONLY ABOUT 10MINS AWAY WOW) Needless to say they are charging me over $1,000 more than they actually did, thank god I have documentation of everything including pictures of all the work & times they were on the cat & times they took lunch & times they just didn't show up or even let me know if they were returning. So, as a adult I called them to see where the extra charge was coming from & they had no explanation, then about a month in a half went by & they called my husband & I about the bill my husband nicely asked about the extra charge & they still couldn't explain. I find this really hard to believe that someone can run a business & make $$ in a very dishonest way but yet claim to be part of a very honest group of people. So with that all being said just be honest dont back stab & gossip about something that is not true when I have all the documentation & you have nothing to back up your $1,000 over charge....SO I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND this company ever to anyone, they have taken advantage of the grays harbor residents for years thats totally obvious!!! read more
