This was the worst cleaning service I have ever experienced. I tend to be a pretty understanding person but the unprofessionalism of the cleaning was profound. I hired this cleaning service for a move out cleaning as I was sick the week I needed to move out and work full time and just did not have the time on my hands to do it myself. They did a walk through and gave me an estimate of about $450 WITHOUT BLIND CLEANING. Told me everything would be taken care of and that they even had the move out cleaning list provided by my property management. This included the basic move out cleaning such as wiping down light fixtures, outlets, light switches, cleaning behind the stove, etc. Although the price seemed extremely high, I was willing to pay for it and not have to deal with a cleaning charge through the property management. We set up my appointment for May 1st at 830am and my inspection day for move out was May 5th. I went to the apartment (which was only 1 bed and 1 bath, keep in mind) after work to get a couple little things I left behind and see the cleaning. When I walked in I was in disbelief. Multiple people from the company had come to clean this apartment together and It looked like absolutely nothing was done. Not one light fixture was touched, the fridge, stove, washer and dryer were not cleaned behind, the countertops were not even wiped down. I reached out to the owner (who was very understanding) immediately and explained the situation and provided photo proof of every single thing that was not cleaned to make sure it was all documented considering the outrageous amount of money I had just paid. He said he would get someone in the next day to do the cleaning. The next day rolled around and I had not heard from him so I reached out and asked for an update. He said they were really busy but were going to send someone THE NEXT DAY to "finish the cleaning". The next day is here and I still have not heard from the owner so I reach out AGAIN asking for an update. He says that they are busy and will send someone later that night and tomorrow and do the cleaning in 2 sessions. So 3 "cleanings" total for a 1 bed 1 bath apartment. It was already Saturday at this point and my inspection was Monday. I decided that nothing has been done and I just need to take it upon myself to get this cleaning done as I will only have 1 day to do it at this point and I just do not trust that it's going to get done and I would then be paying $450 to this cleaning company that didnt do anything plus whatever cleaning fee the property management was going charge me on top of that. I asked if I could get a refund because I was just going to do it myself and they agreed to give me $300 out of my $450 back which at that point I didnt even care and agreed. He agreed to reissue the $300 on May 3rd. By May 8th I had still not recieved my refund and reached out to him. He said I would be getting my refund in 2 separate payments, one for $125 and the other for $175. I received my 125 on May 9th and he said the second portion of 175 would be sent over in 2-3 hours (it was not) I ended up having to ask him for an update on my refund and finally ended up receiving it on May 11th. I also paid through zelle which transfers immediately so i'm unsure of why them zelling me back took so long. Although I do appreciate the owner for responding in a timely manner and being very kind through all of this, I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone for anything unless you're looking for more stress and a headache. read more

The owner, William, and his team came today and did a great job on our home that needed a deep cleaning. My sister recommended them after using his service for two years and raved about the quality. She said she liked how they followed direction's on some specific areas she wanted left alone. So I did the same request for my cluttered office. The team was friendly, and got right to work with own cleaning supplies and tools. They appeared non-judgmental as I was a kinda embarrassed by my lack of housekeeping. Best part was they washed all the windows inside and exterior. Cost was hourly rate and price was fair for a team of four cleaners. Very happy with the result and wished I had called them sooner. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. DO NOT TRUST THESE PHOTOS. I was charged $300 for a very mediocre "deep cleaning" of my small 1 bed 1 bath apartment. The baseboards, walls, windows, back door blinds, counters, shelving unit, and decor were not cleaned. Nothing was organized, the fridge was not wiped out thoroughly, the bed was not made, ceiling fan light fixtures were not cleaned, dishes were not washed and vents were not cleaned though was told they would be. The trash wasn't even taken out or the recyclables. Carpets were shampooed though was told they contracted out for that so was not accounting that as part of the cost. Even with shampooing, nothing was moved to get behind or underneath anything. I reached out to William, who was the person to do the estimate. He argued with me about the work done, ignored my correspondence, and delayed any type of recompense. AVOID AT ALLS COSTS. Shady business. read more

We contacted House Cleaning with a Niche a week before we were moving, and William came out the next day for a walk-through where he gave us a minimum and maximum price for the job, based on the number of hours he expected it would take them. He managed to squeeze us into the schedule the next week, exactly when we had requested. The total cost ended up right below the mid-point of the range that William quoted us. The place looked fabulous--better than when we moved in, to be honest. They really did a deep clean on the oven, fridge, and bathtub, all of which needed it. I didn't see anything left that a landlord could charge us for after they were done. House Cleaning with a Niche wasn't the absolute cheapest cleaning quote we got, but they were competitive. More importantly, they actually stuck to their quote (actually, the lower end of the range that they gave us), and they did the job very well. William was also on-time for both the initial visit and the cleaning itself. We had a four hour drive after they finished the cleaning, so we very much appreciated the promptness! William showed up right after our movers finished moving us out. We had some errands to run and loose-ends to tie up before leaving town, so we left William and his crew at our apartment while we ran errands. I have had multiple cleaning companies clean my Airbnb home here in Chico and I have been disappointed every single time. Not only were they too over priced, but their work ethic was down the drain. Paid $690 for windows cleaning and house detailing; crew is super super slow, some on their phones while cleaning...had no appropriate product to clean the house and windows; left many baseboards and walls not even cleaned! had to clean neglected areas after they left; had to buy my own glass cleaner as the manager pretended it could not be cleaned; of course if you don't bring the right product you won't be able to clean it!! Window cleaning was good in some areas, mediocre in others, depending on who was cleaning. Had to sweep behind cabinets as they did not bother moving small furniture; need training on mopping as I actually had to mop after they left.....was told they would clean all wood cabinets ; some rooms they did not bother touch; all and all the worst $690 I have ever spent; the only thing they did ok was cleaning inside the oven and microwave; all and all need to be professional and actually clean and get proper training on detailing homes. read more

We recently bought a house and I was so disappointed doing the final walk thru by how the seller left it. There was piles of mess on the floors, the counters were dirty as well as the drawers, showers, bathrooms and the garage was filthy with cobwebs and swept up piles of dirt and trash. I found this company on Yelp, called and spoke to William and set up an appointment for a walk thru and estimate the day I received the keys. Not only did we do the walk thru, he was able to set up his cleaning crew to show up within the hour. William called me 7 hours later to say that they were almost finished and to meet him at the house. From the moment I walked in I felt my spirit lifting! The house is now bright, fresh and sparkling! It also now smells clean. They cleaned everything from top to bottom. Every cabinet, closet and drawer is now clean. And that dirty, cobweb filled garage is so clean. They even mopped the garage floor! I am so happy about my house now and can't wait to move in! I heard this company to clean my house for putting it on the market and for cleaning windows and blinds. A deep clean is absolutely necessary for this and I thought hiring a crew people be better than hiring a single person. I was quoted for a difference of $200 ( minimum and maximum amount) when William did the quote walk-through with me. It was for a for a day's work of the his whole team. I didn't realize that William was not going to be here cleaning the entire time and supervising his staff. They got to my house about 30 minutes late and then when they got here William almost immediately left for a couple of hours he said he would be back in a couple of hours that's was his direct words Having just had a very bad experience with yard work people doing the same thing to me I felt a little uneasy but I didn't know what to say to him. Also I have a dog and I needed to put him in the office for the day instead of outside in the heat and I thought it was strange that two girls worked on the smallest room in the entire house together for over an hour and a half (it's a tiny room). I thought it would have been better if they had split apart and work separately and gotten further along in the house than they did. I had them work on the office first because I was going to put my dog in there. I thought I would be able to stay home while they were here so I can at least somewhat supervised but they were very loud and quite intrusive to staying home. It was very hot outside yesterday so I couldn't very well go into my yard and just be out there. I had an appointment I needed to go to anyway so I was gone for most of the day while they were here. When I got home William was back over here and gave me the walkthrough and told me that it would be the maximum amount that they were going to charge me. At first everything looked okay but in looking back over the house today they neglected quite a bit. My bedroom was not even touched in my light bulbs and fixtures in my dining and kitchen were not even cleaned. It's a good thing I didn't have them do closets or my refrigerator or stove because I don't even think they would have finished in a day's time. They knew what they were getting into based on Williams previous walkthrough with me and I just don't think that they were fast enough to do the job you want. I think they would have been better off splitting the crew up and working in separate areas. I really do think they're wonderful aspect of this company is at windows and blind cleaning and I would hire them again for that and that's why I give them this review. I don't think they're very good at the complex detail cleaning I needed I would hire them probably based on basic house cleaning and window cleaning but otherwise I think they're pretty expensive. Blinds and window cleaning service was excellent and probably would have cost me $150 instead of the $640 and I'm still having to do some work because the house really could have used another hour or two of work. I'm disappointed because I was told that they would finish the job for the 640 no matter how long it took them and my bedroom and light fixtures were completely neglected there's some areas that definitely still could use some cleanup and I texted them and heard nothing from them after them being pretty communicative so I don't think I will ever hear from them again which is fine but here is my review. I want to know I would like to say that you should hire them for Windows and detail cleaning of blinds. The guy that does that is excellent. read more
