When I called they said they were booked out for a month, but I scheduled anyway and was pleasantly surprised when they showed up a month later like they said they would. I need to get my windows cleaned in and out. I know it's the rainy season but the house is being listed for sale and you can notice dirty windows even in the rain. I live down the street from squeaky squeegee. I called twice without a response. I finally got a call and we scheduled an early morning appointment even though his schedule was tight and even though I hate getting up first thing in the morning. Thinking, maybe I had misheard him, I was up at seven every morning. Nobody showed nobody called. As it happens, I had exactly the same experience with him two years ago. It was summer, and I just had some new windows installed, which made my existing windows really appear dirty. Called a couple of times but didn't get a response. I believe in supporting local businesses, but think that local business should also support their customers I have not rated it for quality or value. read more

Could have been better. The price was right, the owner was nice, and they promptly returned my call for an estimate, but the quality could be better. Some of the windows were not completely cleaned, some of the sills not cleaned, and two screens not cleaned. They would not be my first choice next time. read more

I chose to use Squeekee Squeegee for our brand new home after construction. They were on time and the price was right. Unfortunately they use razor blades on the windows. Joe pointed out to me a scratch and said he wanted to show me so I didn't think it was caused by his crew. I understood there could be some scratches caused by the course of construction. After Joe left and the sun came shining through and it was obvious they scratched the majority of my brand new windows. I reached out to Joe and his response was "that's what's hard about new construction, we get blamed". These are not scratches caused by the course of construction. They are obvious scratches caused by razor blades. I am reminded daily when the sun shines through. I would not suggest using them if you don't want your windows scratched. read more
