So our house had an extension built on by someone's cousin who may have seen a Youtube video on it once, and now we're dealing with a whole slew of issues that need addressing. They have a lot of projects lined up, so they have a bit of a waiting list, but we were able to have our issues inspected and we're getting an estimate soon on the repairs. Absolutely thrilled with the customer service. Darri Washburn has been just a breath of fresh air. She's kept us in the loop throughout everything, taking extra time to explain things that I didn't understand. The invoices sent didn't have any surprise charges on them and have been a fair price. I am very happy with how this company is taking care of us and intend on going to them first for all future renovation and construction needs. Fan for life.

My condo is a rental and the tenant, particular about people in his home, loved the experience as well. we were both so happy with him the the work he did. He removed an area of drywall and replaced it with a new sheet, patched and painted the room. Just beautiful. I would highly recommend him. I also though his pricing was very fair and spot on. I hired William Bullock of Uncle Buck's Painting & Restorations to do a paint job for me as a…read moresubcontractor. He asked me for a 50% down payment, which I paid him via Zelle. Unfortunately, this was a bad decision as he basically ran off with my money, and did not do the job. What happened was that my customer had a deadline for the job to be done, and William didn't order the paint in time, so the customer canceled the job. He said he was waiting for my down payment before ordering the paint, so I don't fully blame him for the paint not arriving in time. The main reason I'm dissatisfied is that he did not refund my down payment after the job was canceled. We're talking about over $2,000 here! He basically returned the paint he ordered and kept the money. I tried asking him nicely on multiple occasions to give me the down payment back, and he refused at first. After asking him multiple times, he agreed to give me the money back in installments. This was not ideal for me, but I agreed to accept the payment in installments because he said money was tight for him. The only problem is that it has been months now, and he has only given me one installment of $400 back. I keep asking him to make another payment per our agreed upon schedule, but at this point he is so late on his payments that I have basically given up hope of ever getting my money back. I also tried contacting Zelle to get me my money back, but they said that they can't help me as Zelle is more or less like cash. At the end of the day, what he did was basically theft and totally unacceptable. I highly recommend thinking twice before giving him a down payment. If you do decide to, at least don't do it via Zelle.

As a Disabled Veteran, living on a fixed income, I had four (4) bids for repair and replacement of my HVAC. BLOW evaluated the system and sourced an updated and more efficient system. I put a deposit down and was informed that they are available for installation on the following business day. They arrived at 9:30 am and finished installation by noon. They evaluated the output temperature of each vent throughout the house. The flow was balanced, and the comfort level is better than it had ever been since 2008 when I bought the house. I had a large HVAC company complete yearly system maintenance that had NEVER balanced the system NOR. Inform me on how cleaning the coils could boost the lifespan and performance of the system. They spent a lot of time selling the idea for an upgrade to a dual zone system. Their estimates were DOUBLE what BLOW charged. I want to name the company, but I don't believe that this is the right platform. I would tell ALL of my friends and family to choose BLOW Heating and Air whenever HVAC maintenance is needed.

When they reach out to you, they send emails from Pinnacle Home Repairs, but Contract then states Everstrong Construction, But they are listed on Yelp as BuildRight Construction. I am so disappointed in this experience, because I worked so hard to save up the money to complete this project of installing a Patio and pool wrap around on my house. I met with Kabren at 859 Spring Street Atlanta Ga. on December 9th 2025 and gave him a depost of 50% of the money in which he requested to take my project. I paid with a certified check from my bank. Kabren deposited the check into his BOA checking account, and when the check cleared, he started ordering supplies. When the supplies arrived he sent his team over to start the project, and requested payment for the work that was done. In which his contract states 50% down to get started and the final payment once job was completed. His team came to my home and worked two days and I haven't been able to get him to complete this project. i call and try to communicate with Mr. Kabren and he doesn't answer or return calls. He offers you a great price to take on your project and gets your money and you loose all contact with him and his assistant. They block your number or don't answer your call. If your looking to utilize this company please rethink it and run fast as you can to a legit company. This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered. Please don't be scammed ,out of your hard-earned money like I was. My project isn't nearly completed, and now i have to hire someone else to complete what was started.
