Juan Reyes was fantastic and listened to our wants and needs and went above and beyond in making them a reality! Hafid made certain that the process was seamless from materials delivery, and waste collection. Chris, our project manager was stellar and was on site during most of the construction and stayed in constant contact during the entire process. Our 44 year old siding was literally splitting and had rot in several places and the soffits were angled and looked dated. Willian and his team of craftsmen squared off the soffits giving it a updated modern look. What was most impressive about Willian and his crew was that they were all equally skilled, so no one had to wait on anyone else for measuring, cutting, or installation. They moved so fluidly with no wasted effort which quickened the process. We are so glad we choose Juan and Pro-Roofing and are so appreciative of the quality of work his team provided. Unfortunately, the guy had used different colored shingles and I wanted them done over with shingles that matched the color of the existing ones. We're talking about maybe 10 different shingles at most. Call American CGR and they come out and give an estimate to my mother who is 85 and appears to be quite vulnerable. About 6 moths ago they installed a new breaker box incompetently Ironically they found the error themselves when our Drier failed - and latter found out we were running a high risk of starting a fire - we were lucky the Dryer just failed, before starting a fire. They fixed the problem, but had to tear up our drywall to fix. They offered to pay us $500 for the unnecessary damage and inconvenience. That was almost 6 months ago, and they have not honored their agreement. My wife has been calling almost biweekly and literally getting the line "check is in the mail." A real run around.... it would take pages to outline management's incompetence, or just fraudulent, business practices. As a side note, our drier failed again, we call another contractor - he found out E Dennis Electrical breaker box fix involved installing a electrical cable from the breaker box, over the top of the Dryer Vent. This is my first time with Tristen but I have used Chem Dry for years and they have always done a great job. My carpet lasts longer by using Chem Dry. When I sold my last house, the buyers thought I had replaced the carpet, but it was kept in great shape by only using Chem Dry. I highly recommend them!

I originally reached out to Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning to clean my sectional sofa. The technician came by, inspected my couch and told me he could not perform the work because it is a cotton blend material and water would ruin the fabric. He recommended I reach out to ChemDry. I reached out to ChemDry, explaining my experience with Citrus Fresh and verified that they have the tools to clean this type of material with no water and I was informed by the Office Manager, Solybeth, that they could. The technician arrived early and was very friendly. I explained to him why the other company wouldn't attempt our couch and he assured me it would be fine, but we might not get the stains out. I told him that was fine as long as his methods don't ruin my couch. I left him to his business and when he was done, he said it would look a lot better when it's dry. It's been a couple of weeks and my couch cushions are ruined. He used water which he should not have used. The original stains are hardly visible, but the cushion color completely changed from cream to black/green. I have included photos. The small cushions dried to normal color and you can see the large cushions did not. I will say, someone from Chem-Dry tried to call me once after I emailed them. I returned the call, but did not receive any calls back. As I mentioned to them in my email, I'm not sharing this information looking for a refund. The damage is done and the $200 is nothing compared to the cost of replacing my couch. I simply want to share with them so they can learn from it and share with others who may be looking for upholstery services so they can make their own conclusions.
