What I am upset with it that despite having called in to update my mailing address when I moved and having talked to a representative who said they'd take care of it, my package still was shipped to a location I no longer have access to. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times through email and several attempted calls yet haven't received a single response. I still need the cloths I ordered for work, yet I seriously doubt I'll be getting my order completed. I'm rather disappointed with how this has turned out. I should mention that the first order I put in with then had no issues, it only took them 3 months to deliver it

I bought some coveralls to have my logo put on and, he said he could do it. I dropped off the coveralls and paid in full what he had requested which was around $855. Aside from the coveralls I also had some more T-shirts made as well. After washing them only once, the logos were starting to peel. I had reached out to Chris (owner) and voiced my concerns about the situation. His response was."Oh no,How?" He asked for pictures which I provided. He wanted to know how they were washed and cared for. I wash all of my things according to how the manufacturer specifies. He said if I had provided receipts, he would offer a refund. Needless to say, I never saw a red cent. Super nice guy in the beginning but didn't back his workmanship. I will never use this business again.
