We had a very poor experience with E2 Embroidery & Screen Printing…read more We placed an apparel order for our detailing business and provided brand colors, artwork, a spreadsheet, and multiple written clarifications. Even with that, the order was difficult from the start. Items were added that we did not ask for, other items were missed, and we had to keep correcting details up to the day we went in person to confirm everything. The in-person experience was also uncomfortable. When we walked in, it felt like we were bothering them, and we were not greeted in a professional or welcoming way. Our biggest concern was the embroidery. We clarified multiple times that we did not want thread added into the negative space of our logo and were told that would not happen. When the order was completed, that is exactly what happened. The polo and hats were not usable for the professional uniforms we needed. When we politely explained that we could not use the items, instead of correcting the mistake, they refunded the embroidery and said they would not work with us again. It felt like the issue was blamed on us even though we had clearly raised the concern beforehand. The process was slow, required repeated corrections, and the final product did not match what was discussed. The screen printed graphics also started peeling quickly. I would not recommend them for detailed branding, embroidery, or anything beyond very basic designs.
