I had reached out to Chris (owner) and voiced my concerns about the situation. His response was."Oh no,How?" He asked for pictures which I provided. He wanted to know how they were washed and cared for. I wash all of my things according to how the manufacturer specifies. He said if I had provided receipts, he would offer a refund.
