On Wednesday 11/5 Ginger experienced a seizure that she struggled to "snap out of." My mom called late in the day around 4 and this office shut her down, told her to drive to Springs & take her to the emergency vet there. She just wanted to know if there was any hope. My mom who is 82 & scheduled for cataract surgery in the coming weeks was forced to drive to Springs in the dark, alone, upset and sadly Ginger passed away in the car on the way to Springs. I feel this vet office could have taken 10 or 20 minutes to assess Ginger's condition, triaged the situation differently. At a minimum it would've saved my mom a drive in the dark, alone without her treasured companion of 9 years.

Dr. Smith ran every test they could to make sure our girl was okay. The second time, she had gotten into it with another dog and somehow had her cheek ripped WIDE open. Dr. Smith took her in without hesitation, stiched her up in minutes and immediately had her on antibiotics. Pricing is fair, but that doesnt really matter when it comes to our fur-babies. (Plus they accept care credit!) We're extremely thankful to have a great veterinarian on speed dial.
