I brought the clothes in bags bc: a) That's all I had. b) I needed enough bags for all of the designer clothes that I was ready to sell. She told me they don't usually accept clothes in plastic bags and to next time place them in something else. I felt so uncomfortable and like I was being chastised. Mind you, I am a grown woman, with a professional job, who owns my home and earns well into the six-figures. It kind of felt like she thought I found the bags off the street. Anyway, I'm actually hoping my items don't sell so I can take them back and sell them somewhere else. The store is in Buckhead, so I'm used to rude people, but bc of my profession I accumulated A LOT of very nice, high-end dresses, purses and shoes (I just finally decided to purge), so I would've done more business with the store, if I was treated better. He found this place therefore we stopped by the establishment on a Sunday afternoon an hour before closing. Parking - Parking is limited out front, but we managed to find a spot. Interior- The interior of this store is classic english/british. Lovely. From the interior design to the layout of the store. It really will remind you of shopping in the UK. Customer service- Excellent! It was just me in the store for the majority of our visit. It felt like they closed the store and gave me a private and personal shopping experience. The owners daughter helped me personally the whole time which I greatly appreciated. She was very knowledgeable and was happy to assist and answer all of my questions. I also did not feel rushed at all despite stopping by the hour just before they closed. I ended up walking out not with just the Barbour wax jacket I was seeking, but also another quilted Barbour jacket. They even threw in a free scarf for me to match with my wax jacket! Thank you :). Instead of ordering from the UK, I Google, The London Trading Company, which was convenient because it was in ATLANTA. The service was phenomenal forgot the lady name, but when it comes down to customer service, she's the best. The London Trading Company is definitely my go to store now instead of ordering online from the UK for Barbour product. I'll definitely be back.

When I walked in there were a few patrons ahead of me. It was clear that they were regulars! I had a pair of pumps and a pair of long boots that I wanted the soles redone on . The gentleman told me it would be $30 for each and provide two dates that they could be ready by. I picked the later date because I was not in a rush. I did make the payment up front for the repair. When I returned , pick up was easy. There was one person in front of me, but i was still in and out quickly. I am beyond satisfied with how my shoes look. My friend got a collection of shirts, jeans, and sweats while I found a cut top and two piece set. The aisles are very well picked through and could have benefited from a restocking. Nonetheless, we found some good stuff in their clearance section. The workers weren't the happiest to be there but they were still helpful during the checkout process. Parking is easy and we felt like it was money and time well spent. Would come again.
