I get there, as I stated, late. no biggie. Then, he started pulling up different things. I stated what I wanted and to stick with my original idea. As we're discussing this, in walks a couple. He ended up talking with them inappropriately for about 10 min, then just takes her in the back to fix her piercing. I waited another half hour and walked out. No professionalism at all. It's a joke of a studio. I was warned about going there. Now I know why! Avoid Stormi Steel and go to a shop that actually prioritizes your time as well as theirs. Go somewhere where racist comments aren't thrown around like the word hello. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!!!
