I did my homework and I'm thrilled with the results. Great first tattoo experience. Clean…read morecomfortable environment. Exactly what I wanted and executed flawlessly. Shelly is totally professional and highly skilled. I'll certainly be back for more.

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the experience I just had today. I went in to get a…read moresimple piercing, and I asked if they take walk-ins. They said yes they did, but the piercer was running to the post office and would be right back. I sat there for over 30 minutes, and no one said one word to me. Nothing about why it was taking so long, when he would be back, or sorry about the wait etc. Another employee sat there on his phone with the volume full blast listening to videos of cops arresting people. The piercer then proceeds to walk in the door after over 30 minutes with Dunkin' Donuts. He has nothing to say to me, and doesn't address me at all. While I had been waiting there were two more people who came in waiting to look at jewelry who are behind me in line. He then proceeds to help them first without even so much as a word to me! He proceeds to helps the other two people one by one, so that I'm there waiting 45 minutes now. I feel extremely disrespected with my time. I have been there many times over the past few years, and each time they have done very good work, but horrible customer service. Employees walk right past you. They don't look at you, don't address you. They ignore you while they talk and have conversations with each other. There is no sense of "I work at a business that is customer-based. Maybe I should be personable and engaging. They are paying for a service and an experience. " The only person who was she friendly was the receptionist for the second she was checking you in. After that, she was done talking to me entirely. It's as if you do not exist while you're there. You sit in an uncomfortable silence while everyone else ignores you. Every single time I've gone there, I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they have been very good at what they do. This time was the last time I will be making that allowance. I'm extremely disappointed and I feel undervalued as a paying customer. My time was not valued at all. I walked away feeling frustrated and disappointed, without the service I walked in for, and wasted almost an hour of my day. To me, customer service is just as important as the service itself. I want to be respected where I'm taking my business, as I will respect your time as well. I've gotten piercings over the years, and tried to be a loyal customer, taking my business to you each time. I've even given other people your name when they asked who to go to. I've done my best to keep supporting your business whenever I needed your service. I will no longer be doing this as you clearly don't respect the people who walk through your door, or their money or time.

The products for the shop are so cute. This is basically what pulled me into this shop. However,…read more the saleslady who was there while I was shopping was extremely RUDE. You see, it was my first time there. I shouldn't even have to be there but I wanted to see all the cute stuff. There was a discount deal happening the day I was there. I was picking out stuff and I just asked if one item - a blind bag - was part of the discount. Instead of just saying: no, it's not, she went into a whole tirade of telling me why it was not part of the discount. I said "okay" multiple times but she just wouldn't stop. I didn't return the item back on the shelf because I was buying it whether or not it's on sale. She even went to show me that stupid small sign listing all the things not included in the discount - reading it word per word as if I didn't know how to read. I said okay again and just continued looking at other stuff. I didn't even notice, but I guess she then proceeded to complain to the other sales lady she was with because I heard her very loud voice talking to the other one "...don't know why they even ask, it's right there, all they need to do is read it...blah blah" I was shocked. I was with my 10yr old daughter. I just looked at my daughter and said: well, they don't need to be so rude. I hope they heard me but in case they didn't, I'm posting it here. In case they read this, I was the Asian lady who bought scrunchies and clips. I spent more than 40 dollars for those stuff I didn't even need. It was ridiculous! I felt very offended and will never step foot on that store again. The stuff are cute though, whatever.

I like Claire's, but I would like it better if they had a selection for girls 8-10. I would also…read morelike more rings, jewelry, etc. Pretty good overall!!
