They mistreat their workers and lie to parents. They pay for good reviews, I suggest looking elsewhere. They changed bookings on us several times, but we had found the original actor online and spoke to her before the party. The booking company apparently decided to punish her by telling her she wasn't booked for our party just days before the party. This left a salty taste in my mouth and I felt I needed to post this online for the world to see. They use predatory practices and mistreat these poor young girls who just want to bring joy to children's lives.

Booking was easy via email and his prices/packages are listed on the website. I had about 15-20 kids at my party and he did such an AMAZING job entertaining both children and adults! I went with 45 min magic show, 20 min balloon twist, and 20 min bubble show. Even though it was raining that day, Dave was very accommodating and communicated with me the different options for a bubble show in case he can't do it outside. He still made it happen and the kids had so much fun popping gigantic bubbles in the rain. I also appreciated how Dave's magic show was age appropriate with the smaller kids but still catered to the adults with a few magic tricks. It has been her favorite movie since she was 2 years old. I searched everywhere but couldn't find any party company offering these characters the way I imagined. I had previously worked with Creative Kids Parties for a Christmas party, so I decided to call them again. I was lucky enough to speak directly with the owner, Lisa. At first, she told me they didn't have those characters available, so I went ahead and booked Donald Duck and thought Minnie would be a great addition. But just a few hours later, Lisa called me back with the most incredible news -- her team was willing to create custom costumes for Pinocchio and the Blue Fairy just for my daughter's party! I was beyond excited -- truly over the moon. Lisa handled everything with such care, attention, and professionalism. She went above and beyond -- even attending the party herself to make sure everything ran smoothly. That level of dedication is rare and so appreciated. The characters -- Donald Duck and his assistants, along with Pinocchio and the Blue Fairy -- did an absolutely UNBELIEVABLE job.
