They were very thorough and provided all the information I needed, so I barely even had any questions. The little times we did communicate, the response was almost immediate, which made me feel so confident that someone would actually show up to our party and on time! We had the lovely Faith come out as Cinderella for our daughter's third birthday, and she was truly the highlight of the whole party! She was such a beautiful Cinderella and played the character to a T. She did singing, dancing, storytelling, bubbles, and games and had all the kids participating and engaged the entire time. The kids absolutely loved her and said that was their favorite part of the party! My daughter had the biggest smile on her face and the loudest laugh throughout the whole performance, which made it all so worth it It was such a special experience for her third birthday, and I can't wait to reach out to these guys again for future parties!

She told me someone would contact me by Thursday of this week to go over details of the party. I paid the deposit of $300ish. Thursday comes around and nothing. I call the same number as before (949-558-2873 and 3106517226) and no one picks up and not only is the voicemail different now but the voicemail is full on both phone lines so I can't even leave a message! Charlotte finally emails me back Thursday with a very generic confirmation of time and place. I emailed her back a total of 4 times requesting a call so we can go over details and structure of the party like she had promised me back in May. Nothing. Day of the event- THEY NOT ONLY NO SHOW BUT THEY DONT EVEN CALL!!!! I was scrambling to figure out what to do with 15 kids and ended up having to improvise for 2.5 hours. How DARE they do this to kids??? I called their after hours line and of course it goes to the same BS number with the full mailbox so I can't even leave a message. I'm hoping someone will read this and learn from my mistake. I have NO idea how they have this many positive reviews. It's beyond me. They must pay for their reviews. I can't even get a hold of anyone to get a refund so I'm going to have to dispute the claims with my bank unfortunately. It's not even the money at this point, it's how evil they and careless they are and how excited my daughter was for the princesses. She kept looking out the window waiting for them to show. I hope they get their karma. Please please please stay away and maybe go with a reputable company you've heard of. I wish I had. I have attached a copy of my paid deposit and their confirmation so they can't respond and say they never booked with me like they did a different customer that I read about in one of the help reviews. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one…read more I hired an elf character based on the company's advertising, which promised an engaging holiday character who would sing, dance, play games with the kids, and offer activities like temporary tattoos. Unfortunately, the performance did not meet those expectations at all. The elf did not initiate any activities and appeared disengaged the entire time. I had to constantly prompt her to interact with the children. Several kids were upset, and multiple guests commented that she was not doing her job. At one point, she was standing in one spot chewing gum, which felt extremely unprofessional. Three of my guests even offered to write reviews on my behalf because they felt so bad about the situation. Instead of enjoying my party and hosting my adult guests, I ended up managing the entertainer myself and playing with the kids to keep them engaged--completely defeating the purpose of hiring entertainment. I contacted the company immediately after the party. The party coordinator responded promptly and confirmed that the elf claimed the children "weren't interested," which is why she didn't engage. I was told the owner would contact me to resolve the issue, but I never heard from him. I would give this service zero stars if I could. I am giving one star only because the coordinator was professional and responsive, which is the sole reason I booked this company. Unfortunately, the actual service was a major disappointment.

It was by far the most perfect way to celebrate my daughters 5th bday. I could not have asked for a better "Elena" to host the small gathering of her DayCare friends. One of the things I found for most companies is that the pictures on their websites don't necessarily match the characters that show up (as I could tell from their Yelp reviews). And I know it's got to be difficult to keep the same actors on roster, but at least come close. Pic Me Entertainment was spot on. No complaints there. As for our "Elena" (aka Jocelyn)...I could not say enough. From the first time we spoke on the phone to the actual meeting at the bday event, she was very charismatic and super kid-friendly. She is in character the entire time (even in down time) and has the personality of Elena to match. Disney should hire her! She kept the kids entertained and the party flowing. But most important, my daughter was the happiest with her favorite princess in front of her. The on-line sign-up process is so painless. The timing of it all is punctual. And the prices are pretty reasonable. Overall, I will be recommending Pic Me for a very long time and using them in the future.

A deposit is required to secure your date, and a few days before the party I received a detailed email with everything I needed to know, along with a reminder to pay the remaining balance. Spencer arrived right on time and had everything set up in just 2-3 minutes. We booked 1.5 hours of balloon twisting ($265), and it was a huge hit with everyone - from toddlers to adults! There was a constant line of guests waiting for their turn throughout the entire 1.5 hours! One of the best parts is that balloon twisting requires virtually no setup space, making it easy to fit into almost any party layout (just be prepared for the line that forms!). It was such a fun addition to the celebration, and I would absolutely hire Taylor Entertainment again for a future event.
