This place tried scamming us. They asked for money to hire some characters. I asked for a phone call and they called me from a blocked number. I told him I needed a phone number to make sure that they were a legitimate business before sending them money to higher multiple characters. They suggested I go elsewhere and refuse to give me a phone number and immediately blocked me on Instagram.

I highly recommend Clubhouse Characters! Very professional, organized and clear communication on what to expect, what's provided, included, etc. We booked Chase and Marshall for my son's 3rd birthday party and he loved it! The characters were clean, lively and made a point to include everyone in the party. I look forward to booking with them in the future and definitely referred them to family and friends! Thank you again Clubhouse Characters for making my baby's birthday special and memorable!

We have booked Mickey & Friends in the past and recently had Hello Kitty and they are just the best!! Great communication, they bring lots of fun for everyone! My daughter had so much fun meeting Safari Mickey at a local meet and greet event!!! The hosts, Adriana and Valerie, were great with so much energy and enthusiasm for the crowd! Hiring Mickey from Clubhouse characters was the best part of our party! So many guests were amazed at how great he looked. I hired this character company for my daughters preschool. Chris was the host and he entertained the entire preschool. I was not expecting a full on dance party and games with Mickey and Minnie! They did pictures at the end to and I almost forgot we were still at the preschool. These characters are the real deal! They also gave ME a hug! I was not expecting that lol I love how they showed up on time, came in and introduced themselves and when they left Chris even came up to me thanked me for booking and gave me stickers for the kids! Clubhouse characters is amazing! Great communication. Very organized. Everyone enjoyed Minnie Mouse. We booked Minnie Mouse for my daughter's 2nd birthday. On the day of, the MC came prior to the scheduled time to break down the plan of events. Introduction of Minnie, birthday girl dance with Minnie, group dance with Minnie, big balloon game, photo op, and singing happy birthday. Both the MC and Minnie were amazing. I really appreciated Minnie giving so much attention and patience with my daughter. My daughter never left Minnie's side and Minnie never left her side. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and it allowed my daughter to open up and dance and participate in the dances and etc. thank you clubhouse for making my daughter's birthday unforgettable! read more

We had two characters for my son's 2nd birthday and they were fantastic! I was a little worried because we had a small group of 4 kids but the characters and the staff were so fun and lively they had everyone joining in on the fun! It was definitely a core memory for our family and it added such a fun detail to my son's intimate party. Highly recommend! read more

We are on our third booking already within the family! The kids love the characters dance party and photos afterwards. They don't just show up and dance and leave. They actually take time to walk around and hug the kids. The characters have a host with microphone to help the kids play along. Always worth it! This is our go to Company for events! read more

My family and I were at a family gathering, when Clubhouse Character-Bluey showed up! It was amazing all the children were so excited. Adults were just as happy to see such joy that children had! The character assistant was so patient with the children and motivating to get everyone involved! It was a great experience overall! read more

Can't even begin to describe how impressed we were with Clubhouse Characters! We had a Hello Kitty meet and greet at our bakery and Chris, Dulce and Hello Kitty were all so organized, professional and well prepared for multiple situations. They took care of everything! Hello Kitty herself was so sweet with all of the guests, Dulce took everyone's photos, suggesting different poses and Chris kept everything organized and moving smoothly. Zip-a-dee-doo-dah, zip-a-dee-a! My oh my, Clubhouse Characters made my day! If you are looking for characters to attend your next event, then look no further than the Clubhouse Characters from the city of Long Beach and your party will be so much fun, that children & adults will be smiling from ear to ear! I hired the Clubhouse Characters for 2 birthday parties for my son's 3rd birthday and they were amazing! My first party was at a restaurant and given that it had a stage, we had Mickey & Minnie perform their dance routines with such ease that it felt like we were watching a show at Disneyland! Also, they took plenty of photo ops, walked amongst the guests as a form of meet & greet, and even assisted with the cake cutting...don't forget to cha-cha-cha when you sing happy birthday! For my other birthday party for my 3 year old son, we were at an outdoor shelter at a park and it was fun to see the kids and adults get excited as Mickey and Minnie entered, my son was especially happy to see them as they walked towards the shaded area on the grass, something about their presence puts everyone in awe. They were very nice to take multiple photos and poses, and even helped pass out the treat bags/party favors to the kids which was fun to see their faces light up. The costumes and professional performance that went into this 1 hour event was not only entertaining, but as a mother who has to keep the party going, it was great to feel like a guest and enjoy the show! A very big thank you to Mickey & Minnie, Adriana, and Chris, who was an excellent host btw and kept us all well entertained with his witty jokes, for an excellent experience that I would recommend to everyone and would hope to use in future events...if you want to party at your own party then hire the Clubhouse Characters and you will have a magical time! read more

I travelled all the way to take my kids and I to visit Bluey, and I would say my experience was very negative by one of the character assistants "Adrianna" ... she rudely told me to move to the grass area and called security over the minute she told me. Not giving me one sec to round up both of my children. I run an event space and the most u can do in heavy crowd area is to respect everyone and provide great customer service, not rude disgusting attitudes like you don't love your job. In addition to my complaint, Adrianna the character assistant almost ran over my daughters feet with a stroller and didn't even say excuse me or sorry but greeted us with a rude attitude "to move." I never seen a company that guides characters making children happy but ultimately disrespectful to the parents smh. I told the guy that called himself manager but I didn't even see him say anything to Adrianna or attempted. I told Adrianna I would report this, and she said "go ahead." Their response and assistance unacceptable and cannot recommended booking for future events. read more

never even think of using a different character company because you will not find anyone better! clubhouse characters is THE best! every single part of the process was easy and professional from booking and filling out a form so they know more about my daughter (it was her birthday party), to the communication prior to the event. we hired 3 characters and they came with 2 MCs. it was truly the highlight of the party and all of the guests could not believe how amazing the characters were, costume wise, and also engaging the children. I will absolutely use you guys again and again. I was told by numerous guests to not waste your money on paw patrol live and to hire clubhouse chargers instead because they're so much better! 5 out of 5 stars!!! read more

My sister organized a surprise from Clubhouse Characters after my birthday dinner. It was such a memorable experience! Everyone was thrilled to see and meet the characters! They also put on a show that captivated everyone (kids and adults), the songs are catchy and the dance moves are well choreographed. They mistreat their workers and lie to parents. They pay for good reviews, I suggest looking elsewhere. They changed bookings on us several times, but we had found the original actor online and spoke to her before the party. The booking company apparently decided to punish her by telling her she wasn't booked for our party just days before the party. This left a salty taste in my mouth and I felt I needed to post this online for the world to see. They use predatory practices and mistreat these poor young girls who just want to bring joy to children's lives.

At first, she told me they didn't have those characters available, so I went ahead and booked Donald Duck and thought Minnie would be a great addition. But just a few hours later, Lisa called me back with the most incredible news -- her team was willing to create custom costumes for Pinocchio and the Blue Fairy just for my daughter's party! I was beyond excited -- truly over the moon. Lisa handled everything with such care, attention, and professionalism. She went above and beyond -- even attending the party herself to make sure everything ran smoothly. That level of dedication is rare and so appreciated. But WOW Stephanie sold that Elsa magic so well--from the outfit to the makeup to her poise to her amazing singing voice. The joy my little girl felt all throughout her party and into today will be something our family will remember probably forever. Stephanie made her feel SO special, gave her such amazing care and attention, but also handled the other kiddos so beautifully. At least half the parents there begged me for the contact information for how we booked her. Thank you Stephanie for your professionalism, promptness, and everything you delivered on yesterday. Not to mention, Kalinda was very attentive through email during the booking process, and even while away in another country on vacation, she handled a last-minute performer swap wonderfully due to an emergency.
