On May 4 (my son's actual birthday and only five days before the event) this scam of a business cancelled!!!! Now looking back at the reviews, this seems to be a trend. I called very upset, because this is UNPROFESSIONAL and he was not only not remorseful, but also laughed and hung up on me. Upon now reading the reviews, it seems like he gets defensive and calls everyone a liar and never takes any accountability. But there's no way he can lie out of this one.

Unfortunately, the performance did not meet those expectations at all. The elf did not initiate any activities and appeared disengaged the entire time. I had to constantly prompt her to interact with the children. Several kids were upset, and multiple guests commented that she was not doing her job. At one point, she was standing in one spot chewing gum, which felt extremely unprofessional. Three of my guests even offered to write reviews on my behalf because they felt so bad about the situation. Instead of enjoying my party and hosting my adult guests, I ended up managing the entertainer myself and playing with the kids to keep them engaged--completely defeating the purpose of hiring entertainment. I contacted the company immediately after the party. The party coordinator responded promptly and confirmed that the elf claimed the children "weren't interested," which is why she didn't engage. I was told the owner would contact me to resolve the issue, but I never heard from him. I would give this service zero stars if I could. I am giving one star only because the coordinator was professional and responsive, which is the sole reason I booked this company. Unfortunately, the actual service was a major disappointment.
