The Sylvia had dozens of blooms with variations of orange sherbet growing as tall as me. Super prolific with tall single stems, perfect for vases. The Jowey Winnies were my favorite grown this year. The blooms were purple to pink to yellow from the edge of the petal to the center. These produced blooms that changed color shades as the season changed. Pastels in early summer to candy colors through October. The amount of tubers I got from these will let me plant a full perimeter of dahlias next year. I can't wait. A short time later, our fairly new refrigerator unexpectedly stopped working. In a panic, we had to order a replacement online. Before placing the order, we confirmed through chat that everything would be fine. Instead, our dishwasher order was bundled with the refrigerator order, and both were rescheduled for delivery on June 30, 2026. Two days later, we received a notification that another dishwasher was being delivered. It turned out the original in-store order had never been canceled, so we were charged for two dishwashers. We had to refuse delivery, make multiple trips to the store, and spend time getting the duplicate purchase refunded. It was an unnecessary hassle during an already stressful remodel. On top of that, we were dealing with a hectic holiday schedule and family events. Once we had time to really look at the new refrigerator, we noticed the doors weren't aligned, there was a scratch on it, and it began displaying a "High Temp" warning. We had already lost all of our food when our previous refrigerator failed--which wasn't your fault--but now we're facing the possibility of losing another fully stocked refrigerator because the replacement isn't working properly. When I contacted customer support through chat, I was told I had missed the return window by just a few hours--not days, but hours. There was no flexibility or understanding, despite everything that had happened with the duplicate dishwasher order and all the issues surrounding this purchase. I know this isn't the most expensive refrigerator you sell, but it certainly wasn't cheap. I expected better quality and, more importantly, better customer service. This entire experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth. All I was asking for was a little grace and understanding. I called Jansen and spoke with a very helpful lady and ordered a large bouquet of long stem red roses with baby's breath (maybe?). The flowers were in our room when we arrived. They were (and still are 3 days later) spectacular. They came in a very nice glass vase and were perfect. My wife said they were the nicest she's seen in many years. (We live in Seattle now.) She was delighted to hear that they came from Jansen. Apparently, Jansen provided flowers for our wedding all those years ago.
