I purchased some Jowey Winnie and Sylvia tubers this spring and I was so happy when the blooms came…read morein. The Sylvia had dozens of blooms with variations of orange sherbet growing as tall as me. Super prolific with tall single stems, perfect for vases. The Jowey Winnies were my favorite grown this year. The blooms were purple to pink to yellow from the edge of the petal to the center. These produced blooms that changed color shades as the season changed. Pastels in early summer to candy colors through October. The amount of tubers I got from these will let me plant a full perimeter of dahlias next year. I can't wait. Not only were the flowers exquisite, the delivery arrived around noon! My aunt LOVED them. I chose the 'florist choice' for a medium sized bouquet and mentioned she liked orchids and proteas. It may seem like a small stop along the highway, but it's almost like a maze. You could get lost in the impressive amount of product. But are they good flowers? YES! My Mom is a HUGE flowers fan and CONSISTENTLY disappointed wherever she went. She's only got one other place that satisfies her desire for flowers. SHE WAS IMPRESSED the moment she laid her eyes on these. I also have to commend the service. We had Sergio help us, he was funny, kind, and extremely polite. Everything you need from an employee. On top of that, he was very helpful with information in general. Not just about this place. I can't think of a more satisfying stop along a highway. Beautiful flowers, large range of options, and workers that know how to do their job. My Mom will be back, not sure about myself because I'm not into flowers. I also don't have a wife yet.
