It was worth the visit just for the meeting the very friendly, nice couple running the place but the food was terrific too. We owners took time to describe the different menu items, even letting us sample 2 different chicken dishes. We ended up with the jerk chicken, chana aloo (potato's and chick peas) and a bag of freshly made roti, all as takeout. Everything was absolutely delicious. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and seasoned, the chicken was great and the roti was fresh and wonderful. The portions were very generous. We'd really recommend this small, casual place.

We ordered the Butter Chicken and Chicken Ticca Masala with rice and garlic naan. Both dishes were delicious! The Butter Chicken sauce was rich and buttery. You could taste the tandoori in the chicken in the Ticca Masala, and the sauce had a rich flavor with onions, cilantro, and ginger. The rice was cooked perfectly. The garlic naan was huge and came out piping hot. It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with just enough of a garlic taste. There is ample parking and the restaurant is very clean. The staff was friendly and very engaging. We will be back the next time we are in PEI!

The food was fresh, fast and delicious. The korma was a beautiful blend of creaminess and milder spices. Mild but flavourful. The paneer was a delicious semi firm cheese set in a beautiful dish with caramelized onions and a nice mix of spices and black cardamom. This is the type of food that the better Indian restaurants serve. Flavourful, aromatic, and inviting. The place was very clean, and there was a lot of room to relax and have a nice meal. Everything we ordered was extremely delicious. The waitress was very patient and offered excellent advice. We were able to customize the dishes to our heat level preferences. Little touches like the dishes coming out in hammered copper dishes added to the atmosphere. The crystal glasses with stainless steel straws shows attention to detail but also avoiding having to use disposable items. Overall, a wonderful family meal in a beautiful location - we will be back!
