Salad bar was decent but not anything special. What made it special was the service. Our server went beyond what he needed to, to make sure that we were comfortable. He was friendly, likeable, fast, and kind. We actually had to hunt him to give him a generous tip because you need to pay upfront at the till for everything. And there wasn't a tip option when we paid. But he did his service above and beyond most of the people we know that serve expecting a tip. What was the was the best was another server. We have a daughter with dual diagnosis. She has Down syndrome and autism. And she doesn't enjoy eating. We got there late, and she wasn't interested in eating so she sat in the middle of the floor. It was a big restaurant with only a few people eating so we left her there. And ALL the staff instead of rolling their eyes as they walked by either waved or said hi. And then there was this lady. Who if anyone reading this knows who she is, please message me. I would like to thank properly. After she was done with her table, she put down her tray and sat and said hi to our girl and copied her movements (she rocks for comfort) and our daughter who doesn't particularly likes to be touched ended up snuggling in for a cuddle. I couldn't pay enough for this experience. And when I was wiping away tears and thanking her she kindly shrugged and said it was nothing. It was everything. And all the servers treated us as well if they served us or not or if they were being tipped or not. Go there on this principal alone.

This restaurant could be so much better if they really tried (I truly believe this!) and beefed up their quality of food. Just recently, they have increased the prices on their menu - any where from $0.10 to $2.00 increase per dish. It may sound small, but when you add this up on a few dishes (especially on the Chow Mein, Rice or Suggestions dishes) it can greatly add to your overall bill. In addition, the qty of food has gone down - so now you are paying more for 'meh' food, and getting less. So not impressed!! I'm not expecting gourmet food prepared by top notch chefs but I feel we should have some better quality food at fair prices, rather than just the standard Canadian-Chinese food you can get in any city/town. It seems like they know they are the only Chinese Food place around so they have given up on offering quality food. Moncton/Dieppe isn't that far guys, take the extra 20/25min drive and get some food that will taste delicious and offer pricing that is fair.

Well, today was redemption day. This eatery has improved so I'm giving it credit after viewing reviews written long ago by others. Prepare for great buffet items that were continuously replenished. He called the restaurant and spoke with a male who tried to argue with him that the order was right. Finally he said ok, come back for the chow fan and dumplings, and bring the fried rice back. My husband got there, and the man did apologize, and charged him for the chow fan and dumplings with a 10% discount, and he wouldn't refund the beef fried rice, which he took back. My husband came home upset. Now we had paid over $85.00 for an order that should have been $64.36 including tax, and one of the things we paid for stayed at the restaurant. We did end up eating what we had, most of it was good, except the fried wontons were burnt. Done. Never going back again.
