This is a restaurant that is built in an old gas station. It has a few seats to dine at. It has a few parking spots out front and they are closed on Mondays. I ordered some Mango Habernao wings. It took a little more time than normal to get my wings. At first, when I saw my wings, I was like WTF, these are some mini-wings. But then after i took my first bite, I was like ohh yeah, where have you been all my life? They were delicious and the presentation was great. I also got an order of gator balls, which for those with their minds in the gutter, are gator meat in the form of a ball. They were as awesome as the wings. But, it is a small serving. Service here is ok. They do their job and are not rude. Nothing special. Well, all in all this place has some very good food. I think they even cater. If you want some good wings, this is your spot. Just keep in mind that the wings and serving sizes are small. So, you may either consider pre-gaming your meal or ordering a larger size. read more

Hands down! The special was Shrimp Stew and it came with 2 pieces of fried fish with potatoe salad and green peas for $10! We decided to try House of Wings tonight and it did not disappoint. We ordered three different types of wings, the Mango Habiniero, Garlic Parmesan and the Kicking Bourbon. Al three were great in their own way, with it's distinct flavors. The chicken wing size were far larger than most places you go to nowadays. Definitely recommend the visit, I will be trying their other flavors soon. read more

I had a hard time finding the location. It wasn't in the internet of maps. When I found it, it was really great! It's by a gas station, the wait time was 16 minutes and the food was really hot and delicious. Let me start out by saying this place just opened. The food was good. We ordered a wing plate Big Daddy hamburger combo and some boudin balls. I hope management/ownership will take a look at my review one because I plan on returning to try other items but also because I know a little about the subject. The establishment is called House of Wings. They have several flavors to choose from, but ONLY if you don't order the wing plate. You only get a choice of sauces if you order wings a la carte. This was confusing since the concept of the restaurant (at least from the name on the building) is based around wings. That was the first disappointment. Second is they didn't have all the menu items yet and nothing stating such. The third disappointment was the wings did not have a lot of flavor. They were big and had a great color and would have been excellent with a sauce but as stated that wasn't a choice on the meal. It just seems that the wing plate (featured at the bottom of the meal menu options) should have sauce options and should be the feature meal since this is after all the Wing House. The experience we had did not match the concept the establishment was presenting and was therefore confusing. I hope this review is helpful to the establishment which I feel has great potential and good food. Had it been presented differently as I suggested I would have definitely given 4 stars and if the sauce was good 5 stars. One last suggestion is to make fresh cut fries. read more

Tried it for the 1st time today after hearing good things. I called in 2 wing platters (10 wings + fries for $10/each) and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. It took closer to 20, BUT I was fine with that as the food was cooked to order, hot and fresh. The employees were friendly, and the prices are super reasonable. I'll definitely be back. read more

My favorite thing to get is the battered wings. They are fried to perfection. My family orders from here multiple times a week and have never been disappointed. The hamburger and regular fried chicken with the Monday red beans special were also very good. The owner is very cool and I felt my business was appreciated with each visit. Drive up curb side only right now. They have a sign that they are trying to hire more people. Some one needs to work there because they need to stay open. We were just driving through town and ordered dinner elsewhere but that place was out of wings. I'm so glad they were because that's how we found this place. I went around town to try the different wing spots today, just to see if I could find anything that taste like my favorite wing place in Memphis, TN. I didn't find anything confusing about the menu and the staff there will answer any questions you may have regarding the menu. The chicken is seasoned perfectly in my opinion.
