What a team! Tristen, Billy and Jordan came one day to start packing up my mom for a move to a new apartment. She had to go from a 2 bedroom, 2 bath to a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Event though she was downsizing she didn't have time to clean and get rid of stuff. She has so many breakables and small fragile items. Billy was incredible packing her curio cabinets. It took them all day but I saw that everything was packed carefully with a lot of care. Then the next day they came to move. All furniture was wrapped very carefully and covered in plastic due to rain. The attention to make sure items were protected was incredible. Reached out to this company for a quote, they immediately sent someone to my house to look at all moving items...and he gave me a great quote and a "not to exceed price". This not to exceed was great because I knew worst case scenario. It's a $100 deposit to schedule a date. I had 3 movers and a truck, and they showed up on time and got to work! They quickly verified what was going and what was staying, and they began wrapping everything. Upon completion they took a quick lunch and headed to the new home. Reliable, on time, friendly and professional. Great experience with these guys and I've moved many times over the years. They are professional and courteous. They moved some large household goods and an upright piano for me from Sacramento to San Francisco. They navigated a flight of 15 steps with the heavy piano. It was a 2 day move by choice due to travel time but my belongings remained locked and secured at their site overnight and arrived early morning the next day. Very quick, safe and efficient. During our last move from Natomas to Granite Bay, $6k dollars of furniture and electronics was destroyed. We have been working since January to try to get reimbursed for the damaged items. Today they offered us $1000. What is particularly problematic is the movers covered up the damage to the television and the other items. Even bringing them in last and tucking items away so we could not see them. We paid each of them a $60 tip and they just smiled and said thanks. Avoid this company. All the way to senior leadership they look at you as a sale. Horrible customer service and deceptive. Even spoke to the owner but he as well prefers to maximize his revenue over doing the right thing. I will never use this moving service again and regret ever trusting my families items with this amateur and dishonest organization. read more

They moved us on Oct 10. The workers were polite and hustled.... But they dropped a head board and it went through our wall and base board and put a gouge in the head board which is only 6 months old. This is our newly built home. They also broke the base of our $1200 bookcase and lost the foot to a chair which cant be replaced, plus broke a finnel to a lamp ( we glued that in order to keep the lamp). Their response was they will send a check for $495. We want them to replace or send out someone to repair the bookcase and to repair the sheetrock and replace the baseboard. They never called or sent anyone out to even look at the damage, just sent an email stating what they will send a check. I would not recommend them. We have had professional movers at least 10 times and have NEVER HAD ANYTHING BROKEN. read more

My brother highly recommended this company to me since he has used this company 3 times for his office and home moves. I highly recommend them to others. First I had to call three times to change my move time and date since I was trying to plan around the close of escrow on buying and selling homes The staff were all very friendly and flexible each time I called to make changes. The guys (Fred, Sergio, and Josh) who moved me worked so hard. I lived on the third floor without an elevator. These guys didn't stop from the time they showed up to the time they had a 26ft truck filled to the max! I kept asking them to take a break to drink or eat something but they declined and just kept working. I have never seen anyone work so hard. They also did quality work by wrapping my furniture and protecting the door jams to prevent damage to the property. In addition to the supreme quality of service/hard working staff, the amount they charged me was less than what they originally quoted me. I will definitely use these guys for my next move! My initial quote was by Ray, not impressive by this person. He quoted me some outrageous prices...began with $3400 at the end of the conversation he ended with$5000 (mind you, I am only moving 3 miles down the road with hardly any furnitures). The movers: Joseph, David, and Sergio HOWEVER saved the tongue-slashing by yours truly by being the most efficient, get-the-job-done attitude, and upheld the most professionalism I have experienced as a boss lady of multiple business in Sacramento. Second time I have used their service. I would give them five stars except the the estimator told me I could leave some furniture loaded. Bait and switch. I would recommend not doing business with these movers. They verbally quoted me $1300 max and then charged $2300. I realize there are some additional costs that may come up while moving, but $1000 extra is excessive. I requested a $300 refund. I suggested they should offer an in person quote or zoom quote at the least, at which point the owner, Jacob, said on the phone "we do offer that, and if you weren't offered that, I will immediately issue you a $300 refund" We reviewed the phone calls and there was no such offer. He then refused the $300 refund. There are way better people to deal with than these folks. Go somewhere else, avoid the headache. I had to do all of the work myself. This is hands down the worse place to go. One of the men moving my items showed signs of aggressive bipolar. They shoved all of my things in the Uhaul and could not fit 1/3 of what I have. I told them they would have to unpack everything and re-do it, because i knew it would fit. This is not my first time moving. At that point he became very angry and kept making rude and passive aggressive remarks to me and about me. Until, I finally got my phone and started recording him. Then finally he stopped, but he also stopped doing his job and I ended up doing the entire job by myself and I recorded it. I am filing a dispute with them as we speak, with my credit card providers, to get my money back. I am able to provide recordings of me packing everything after I paid them almost $600 to do it. They do not know what they are doing at all. The man standing next to my neatly packed Uhaul that I did myself, in the last photo, is the man that verbally abused me the entire time. I have it recorded. I called to speak to the manager and he behaved the same. Whether it's drugs, or mental issues, a lot needs to be looked into this business, because I have never experienced anything so bad in my life.
