It's my first time using movers and I came across this company. Though I would give it a try. With the experienced today, I am very disappointed. First they cracked one of my mirrors which I ended not taking anymore. When we got to the next location to dropped off the stuff, my TV was cracked. Not sure how it happened. After unloading and putting my couches together, I noticed scratches on them with paint marks from squeezing them through the door, bedroom drawers were chipped off and damaged. Will not used them anymore and don't recommend them to anyone. Doesn't seem like they care and just trying to rush to get it done. read more

The movers had a great attitude for the entire 8 1/2 hours... while moving heavy furniture up a large flight of stairs. They were patient while disassembling and assembling beds and a refrigerator. I want to update my review. First, I do want to say that my moving experience was absolutely awesome. These guys were very professional and worked extremely hard. I had two places that I had to move stuff from and one of them had stairs. Not to mention, the place I moved into also had stairs. But nothing slowed these guys down. After 5 1/2 hrs, the last piece of furniture was the antique bar that weighed about 370 lbs, which I did pay extra for the move. Unfortunately, it did get damaged. Secondly, I have to give Paula a shout out for excellent customer service. After I wrote original review, Paula was calling my phone within 5 minutes. She stated that they were unaware of the damage because of a previous employee hadn't relayed any information before leaving the job. She wanted to fix the problem immediately. After I sent pictures and copies of all the emails from November, we were able to come up with a solution that made me happy. This whole experience, overall, was a good experience. I would definitely recommend Service Pro Movers if you ever need to move. I would definitely use them again myself, if I move again. They're very reasonable with their prices and they over and above. I used this company to move from our townhouse and storage unit into our new house. Requesting a quote was really easy and I did it online. What was impressive was that about 30 seconds after I submitted my quote request I received a phone call to provide said quote. The employee on the phone walked me through everything asked about additional supplies and if we needed help packing and I was scheduled for our move within like 15 min of requesting a quote. On the day of the move I received text messages and phone calls keeping me informed of when they would arrive. I requested 3 movers and it seemed like the movers that came were family so they worked well together. We discussed what would be staying and what would be going which was done correctly for the most part. They took great care of our furniture and wrapped things up very extensively to ensure no damage to the furniture. They were very specific on how they were loading their truck. I really appreciated how the main guy worked with me to try to make sure all our furniture wa sliced form both places and they were nice enough to go to multiple stops for us (this was discussed ahead of time and figured into the total cost), it took a while to move from place to place so the movers needed to take a lunch which they didn't take very long. They moved everything into the house without causing any damage or scuffs on the walls and worked well when I told them what was going into which room. They also deconstructed our table and bed to move it over and put it back together for us. One of the three movers didn't speak very much English but the other two did. They worked the whole time, they didn't lolligag to cost me more money. The total cost of the move would probably be on the lower end of some of the quotes I've seen but also pretty reasonable given the time, multiple locations, etc. The movers were super nice and I really appreciate their hard work. read more

Great guys - hard, fast workers!! It was a pleasure to have them around. They picked up items from our house and a storage unit and delivered and stacked it all into our new house and garage. However, every piece of delivered furniture now has new nicks and/or marks that appear to be "Tie-down" marks across the surface... like the tie-downs inside the truck were pulled too tight. I paid more for this company to move us thinking more money meant a safer move for my expensive heavy furniture. Certainly not the case here. I was disappointed and now think maybe I should have gone with a cheaper company. But I can't fault the effort the guys made. They were polite and easy to work with. It's mainly the tie-down marks on almost all of my furniture that I was unhappy with. read more

The moving team of 4 worked quickly and handled my items with care. They completed a big local move in just over 6 hours due to their pace. I never once saw any of the 4 standing around not working while on the job, which, if you've experienced this before with movers, can be quite frustrating. Manager contacted us, that movers replied to them " MOVERS DID NOT CAUSE THE DAMAGE, WE HAVE TIME STAMPED PHOTOS". But did not provide those photos. MARCH 7, 2025 Service Pro office replied to us, "MOVERS DID NOT CAUSE THE DAMAGE, WE HAVE TIME STAMPED PHOTOS". But did not provide those photos for comparison. MARCH 7, 11, 15 I emailed service pro office asking for the time stamped photos they have. But did not provide those for comparison. I asked the service pro office for the copy of my receipt (we've lost the original) NO RESPONSE In one of my emails, I asked about the property liability insurance on the service inclusion, NO RESPONSE. "MOVERS DID NOT CAUSE THE DAMAGE,WE HAVE TIME STAMPED PHOTOS" but DID NOT PROVIDE THOSE PHOTOS. March 20, 2025 WE PAID $1,450.00 without photos for comparison from the movers (beacause they DID NOT PROVIDE THEIR TIME STAMPED PHOTOS) to argue with the Apt. Manager. A simple case of common sense for a simple comparison. But the other party did not cooperate. read more
