We discussed timing, and pricing. They were competitively priced, and I could tell that they were the type of people that I wanted to work with. They were very busy that summer, but Scott (the lead installer) kept me informed as to when they would be able to get to my project. Rain delayed the project longer than I would have liked - but I'm sure that's the case for all landscapers. They put in extra hours (Saturdays and Sundays) once the weather cooperated. After they thought the job was done, we discussed to ensure it met my needs. I had some specific things that I wanted done (size of the wall, etc.), and they kept coming back until I was satisfied. They did everything in their power to make me happy. They said they'd never had an unsatisfied customer, and that streak continues. They made sure I was happy, and went the extra mile to ensure it. I contacted the office and an Account Manager provided me a proposal that same day. The price was fair and competitive. I authorized the proposal online and the scheduling office notified me that day as to when the crew would be out. The crew arrived when they said they would and did an extremely thorough job in removing all the leaves. The entire process was awesome. I will be using their services again.

Scheduled removal of 2 trees with stumps ground in spring. Removal was supposed to happen in about…read morea week, but wasn't done until a month later. When they showed up in late July to grind stumps, they refused to do it due to buried gas line. (Lines are 3' to 4' deep and grinding is 6" to 8"). We had to find another company to do the work, which was no problem. Both the line locator and grinding company couldn't believe Wright would not do the work. The year before, we had a Wright remove a white pine. Their stump grinder kept missing scheduled appointments. Finally, after repeated calls, they sub-contracted out the work. It was this sub-contractor I called to grind the stumps a year later. Two years in a row Wright Solutions left us hanging.

Once I explained what I wanted they gave me a couple different options ranging from ease of maintenance to a little more work. I opted for the ease!!! They gave me an estimate right on the spot, their estimate was very reasonable and I told them to do it. He said it would be about 2-3 weeks before they can get back to do the work.... I can see why now. About a week prior to having the work done the owner called me and wanted to meet again to be sure we were all on the same page, I really appreciated that. We met and he gave me a date when they would be out. He said that I didn't need to be home they day they were here. I left for work about 7:30 and they were just pulling up. I got home about 5:45 and they were just about finished. Like I said before, I can see why it was 2-3 weeks before they could do the work....My home looked completely different, I was blown away when I pulled up. The curves in the concrete edging and the color with updated plants made my home look 15 years newer!!! You may have to wait a little to have the work done but its well worth the wait. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I am a first-time homeowner so I had some worries going in, and had never had any project done like this. I have a particular tree of concern with big branches that overhang my house, and it really needed some attention. John was very friendly and helpful in figuring out what I was looking to do. He discussed options and helped figure out the best, affordable solution. There are also loan options for people, like me, who maybe need that. John said that he'd worked on getting those options sorted and I appreciate that effort because it really wasn't too bad finding something that works for me. Some options have no interest if paid in a certain timeframe and that is great and doable! The cost was another worry of mine with it. On top of that, they went above and beyond in their work! They even left us firewood stacked up next to the outdoor fireplace and more. The crew also cleaned up everything afterwards and left the place honestly better than they found it, which I respect a lot.
