Management is rude and do not care about you as a person they put on a front in your face but plot against you behind your back. Raylen is the most disrespectful leasing agent I have ever spoken to, she tried to take advantage and intimidate my wife who is 7 months pregnant. My wife was so traumatized by this "hostile home invasion during the holidays "disguised as a "inspection" that her stress level elevated causing me to leave work in the middle of my shift ( I work over an hr away) to take her to the emergency room cause she stared having early contractions and cramping. Can you imagine being so distressed and uncomfortable that it triggers your anxiety and PTSD leading to you having an episode that eventually leads you to checking into the emergency room? This was the reality of what my spouse was forced to experience and it was beyond the worst most unprofessional interaction we have had all year. When she entered the home they didn't even knock or announce themselves as management just forced entry like an episode of Kansas City Swat. Raylen then immediately started threatening and telling us we would be evicted. This woman threw around the word eviction better than Pedro Martinez can throw a fast ball. The whole experience was dehumanizing and she seemed to enjoy the power trip. When I first moved the neighbors told me how incompetent the management was but I do not like to judge a book by it's cover. However the rumors turned out to be true. I am a DISABLED VETERAN and it's repulsive and disgusting to know I can risk my life to uphold America's values, come back from a WARZONE and be treated like I'm 3/5ths human by people enjoying the liberty I and my other service members are providing.
