That's when I told him I would try to get another year or two out of the coil. Never blamed him for causing another leak, just asked him to be careful handling the tubes because we don't want another leak. Only reason I'm posting this review is because of the a-coil rust. Like you said, I was there when he removed the access panel. I saw no rust anywhere on the coil. He said he noticed the rust. Well if he did, he didn't say anything about it. If it was rusted as shown in the pictures, nobody would have attempted to do a leak test. You would have said your a-coil is shot and needs replaced. Again, never brought it up. Also, never saw you wipe the sprayed liquid off the coil, you just put back on the access cover. All I know is the front of our a-coil is seriously corroded, only the part that was sprayed. Everywhere else on the coil looks new. I wasn't expecting anything out of this posting other than to share my experience with others so they can make an informed decision when looking to hire a company. They certainly can believe what they want. I hold no bad feelings toward W.M. Masters. Cory is a nice young man, and was very respectful. I probably made him nervous following him around like a shadow. Guess I would be too. It's just that we got burnt before by a company charging for work never done. Just wish that the coil was rinsed off of that leak spray before replacing the access panel. Looks like we'll be replacing our AC system sooner than we originally thought.

Waited several weeks for them to come out to change one light fixture, change 2 standard outlets, fix a can light and outside lights. Our appointment was scheduled for 8:00am. The electrician showed up at 7:30 without any warning and while we were getting ready for the day. The electrician repeatedly engaged with us asking personal questions about our family and providing unnecessary details about the work he was doing. At one point he left to go get 2 standard outlets which took at least 30-40 mins. He finally left at 10:00 (2.5 hours). During that time he changed the light fixture and the 2 outlets. He forgot about the can light and said we needed to purchase a transformer (approximately $800) for the outside lights. Luckily, we learned from another source a few days later before we bought a transformer that the outside was a fuse issue that was corrected with less than $20. When we got the invoice it indicated 3 hours of work and equal to almost $400 (for essentially one light fixture and 2 outlets that could have been done in less than 30 mins). We called the office who did reduce the bill to 2.5 hours but the office staff showed absolutely no care or interest for our other concerns regarding misuse of time at our expense, undone work and a huge misdiagnosis. They were so rude! We called several times requesting to talk to upper leadership, including the owner but never got a response from either. Instead, they sent us a letter threatening a lien. Completely unacceptable service and price gauging!
