I'm glad I walked around Hong Kong Mall when the original cell phone repair shop I found on Google across from Six Ping Bakery was not opened like their 10am sign said (found out they are new owners that took over the previous shop that had the reviews I saw on Google). Had to call them and the man on the phone didn't seem kind/ friendly. I think all things happen for a reason and I found Thanh Phat/ Duy's shop- a much better place with honest people who work fairly quick too. I'll definitely be telling friends and family to come here and will bring my kids phones back here in the future to be repaired when they drop and shatter their glass.

Currently, they lied about my repairs taking 3 hours, and said they would call us back with updates. They never did. We had to call them, where they told us it would take 3 more days. I asked for a refund, and they said no. The clerk is snarky, and unprofessional, and will take advantage of any weakness you show.
