When I reviewed my invoices, I found charges that I believe were excessive, overlapping, or duplicated. I was especially concerned about being billed for both the attorney and the legal assistant during the same meeting when the assistant was simply sitting next to the attorney taking notes. I also found entries that appeared to charge twice.
