Each step of the process was seamless. The staff is treated well, and it shows with how they treat customers. I observed them going above and beyond for myself, as well as other patients. In particular, Des is an absolute stand out. She is excellent in her role and clearly knowledgeable. With that said, each member of the staff was noticeably engaged in their job and eager to help. In regard to Dr. Davoodi, her expertise and communication skills stand out. She understands how to speak and engage with patients in a way that makes them feel comfortable and well taken care of. My best experience so far. Dr. Stewart performed my eye exam and he was excellent! I was not rushed during the exam! I was able to clearly and confidently tell when the letters/images where clear to me during the exam.
