He ran a series of tests because if I were to get a procedure, he wanted to knock out all the issues at once. This included an allergy test, a scan to look at my sinuses and checked for deviated septum. The surgery ended up being for deviated septum and trimming down my turbinates. The surgical team and office staff gave me amazing instructions and were super nice. While the stints were annoying, I had very little IF any pain. Healing was a breeze. My post surgery check ups were with Tammie and she ensured I was doing everything right for fast healing. I don't remember the last time I could breathe this amazing and it makes being more active so easy now that I can breathe properly. If I had anything happen where I needed surgery again, 100% would do this again with this team.

Long story short, my husband was in the ER last night after this surgery and we have received NOTHING from this doctor, not even a prescription sent yet! To start, no prescription for painkillers was sent until 2 hours after the surgery was completed (and I had to call to get this taken care of). We waited over 4 hours after the surgery to get his painkillers as the pharmacy was backed up. We found my husband was completely unresponsive to the painkillers prescribed--he was screaming and crying in pain (he had a tonsillectomy as an adult and said this was 10x the pain). The Dr. office was unreachable and there was no information sent home with us about an after-hours nurseline. I took my husband to the ER due to lack of options and the ER was able to help his pain management. Finally someone! We still have not received any communication from Dr. Morgan and he still has yet to send over the prescription we asked for at 8:50 AM this morning. It is very frustrating to rely on help from the ER for excruciating pain management instead of the doctor's office that performed the surgery. Seeing my husband suffer has been horrible. Please fix your procedures around after care for surgery patients!!!

The first visit when I came in for infrequent vertigo I chalked up to all the initial tests and what not for diagnosis for the wait time. I found it very weird that you didn't go into any waiting room and in some communal hallway to take your bp and weight. They gave me a bunch of exercises to get my brain used to some inner ear imbalances. They also scheduled an MRI and had a follow up visit. The doctor refused to go over my MRI results over the phone even though I offered to pay whatever copay or whatever amount that would be appropriate. The ladies up front refused and said I had to make an appointment. Well, I made my appointment at 2:20 and am still not even in a waiting room at 3 pm. The people running the office seem to mean well but is obviously very disorganized and just everyone is always griping a loud to where patients can hear about this and that patient. I hardly ever give bad reviews but this ENT in two visits has always been a horrible experience. If you need an ENT I would suggest looking somewhere else.
