Dr. Raza is a Superstar! Initially, I felt overwhelmed as my visit was very fast paced with multiple people in and out of the room. I have never experienced a doc having someone take minutes in another room while he's on a headset! He was very quick and gave me guidance on what he thinks is going on with the issues I have had. It can be a bit pricey, but I believe he is very knowledgeable and I now have a direction that I did not have so the money was worth it. It's a very cute and chic office that is multicultural and everyone was very friendly. I had a great experience and I recommend this location. They share a parking lot and the office is not that big. The worst ENT doctor I've ever met! Arrogant, self centered and rude!!! I thought it was about the patient, instead it's about tight muscle shirts and hair flips! Excellent experience with sinus surgery by Dr Pasha. I have had consistent trouble with sinus infections that robbed me of my ability to smell and taste for several years. I had sinus surgery performed by a different doctor but the effect didn't last and before long I lost my sense of taste and smell again. Dr Pasha identified some things the previous surgeon had missed, basically re-engineered my sinuses to drain properly and prescribed cutting-edge medicines to reduce systemic inflammation. His office staff is very professional, attentive and helpful. I just had a follow-up visit today and ever 2 years after my surgery my ability to smell and taste is extremely acute, as good or better than it has ever been. read more

I've been to many doctors/providers for chronic rhinosinusitis, septum issues, and generally severe allergies as a young adult. I had multiple surgeries on my nose for Septoplasty and general irrigation/treatment for inflammation internally before I came to Dr. Pasha and his team. He did corrective surgery for me twice, seamlessly. He got me on a weekly immunotherapy regime and I can finally breathe. I'm a more rare occurrence when it comes to severe allergies, but Dr. Pasha and his team have truly made a difference in my quality of life. I don't know what I would've done if I hadn't found him/them. I didn't know how bad my breathing/quality of sleep and daily living was due to allergies before I came to Dr. Pasha and his great team. I have suffered all my life from allergies and previously treated with a lot of nasal spray's Zyrtec Allegra Claritin Benadryl alternating over the last 10 years. Nothing seem to be effective! I decided to visit Dr. Pasha's office where he allergy tested me and found out I was severely allergic to dust mites and some trees. He told me about dust mite covers for my mattress and pillow which have helped tremendously and I am currently doing my allergy shots at home which are also helping. I have not needed a anti-histamine for over two months!!!!! read more

What a great place! They care and go the extra mile! Dr Pasha is a soft spoken and kind man, and very good at what he does. He literally wrote the book on it, he's a published author. His PA is great! He went way out of his way to help me, it's been a kind damn time since a medical professional helped me like he did! The last time was 30 years ago or longer when I had a country Dr that would make house calls. I had a surgery with another dr for different specialty, I was nervous about having tubes in my nose and going under general. He met me way after hours and removed them for me. My procedure went like clock work, I could breathe threw my nose as good with the tubes as before surgery. When tubes came out I could breathe better than I have since I was a teen and broke nose the first time. My nose is still sore, I'm still in recovery phase and already can breathe threw my nose so good. If your looking for a great team this is the place, I'd refer this ENT to anyone. My wife works in medical field and got me a referral to him from another surgeon she knew. Look no further, don't be nervous! They are great. I just can't say enough about them. Even the MA that explains c-pap is kind and VERY thorough. I hope if you need ENT you'll do yourself a favor and visit these guys. This is the longest review I've ever written. I came to Dr. Pasha miserable with my nose stopped up in my second trimester. I was already uncomfortable sleeping due to my pregnancy but my nose being stopped up only made things more difficult. I saw Dr. Pasha after I broke my nose in a couple of places. He and his staff are amazing and I am not an "easy" patient. As an Afrin addict my procedures were a little more complicated but they explained everything step by step and were able to keep me calm. After having battled major sinus issues for years, I decided to seek medical assistance to treat my issues. I was referred to Dr. Pasha by one of his friends and work colleagues, who spoke very highly of his practice. After doing a bit of research I decided to choose to go with Dr. Pasha due to his outstanding medical achievements, along with great customer service reviews. As being a regularly treated allergy patient (weekly allergy shots), I highly recommend his practice. I went to see Dr. Pasha after seeing his clinic while driving on 59. I had a problem with snoring and wanted to finally have it corrected. The first thing he told me was that I needed my tonsils removed, which I totally agreed with. He also suggested other surgeries that I again thought made sense. Right after, he did a couple tests and then I was told that I needed an imaging study done before he could schedule surgery. Surprisingly, my insurance was charged over ten thousand dollars for one scan and the initial visit. When I went in for my followup visit, I asked the surgical coordinator how much people are generally charged for what I had done and I was told it was usually 4-5 thousand dollars. I then told her that I was charged ten thousand and she then said "That sounds about right." Those two numbers are nothing alike to most people. I then was informed about where I'd be having my surgery and was told that Dr. Pasha part owns the surgical center that he generally works in and that it is also out of network for just about any insurance you can name. After they overcharged me for the visit and scan, there was no way I was going to let them try to overcharge me on out-of-network fees. I asked for an estimate of how much it would cost, but was told that she didn't know. She then said that I shouldn't worry because I would "only be charged what I could afford." Dr. Pasha seems like a nice guy, but avoid his clinic like the plague unless you like to pay trumped up charges for basic care. Update 3/21/2014 As I'm currently recovering from surgery from a different otolaryngology practice, I'm able to respond to the comments of Dr. Pasha's office. I used a pseudonym instead of my real name. I don't see how that should matter as you don't need my actual name or records to dispute the claims I've made in my review. As I don't plan on ever having contact with your office again, I see no need to reveal my identity. If you read my review thoroughly, you would understand that I don't have any misunderstandings that require clarification when it comes to billing and insurance. Dr. Pasha is very likely in-network with most plans by design. I'd guess this is so that patients can see him, enjoy being his patient, and then feel somehow obligated to have surgery at a surgical center that he part owns. Oprex ASC isn't in-network for insurance as I have already shown. This is most likely so that you can be balance billed the remainder of whatever your insurance doesn't cover as a usual and customary allowable charge (which could be thousands). If the surgical center were in-network, the negotiated rates would likely be much, much lower. I didn't claim that he owned an imaging center. I claimed that he part owned the surgical center that is attached to the imaging center and sleep center. I believe all of these centers are named differently as to confuse the patient. Clarus Imaging (in-network) is in the same building as Oprex ASC (out-of-network) and the building has a large ALTUS/ZT Wealth sign on it. I had to sign paperwork in Dr. Pasha's office attesting to the fact that I was made aware that he had a financial interest in the surgical center. I understand that surgery fees are charged by the center, but I find it fishy that I couldn't be given an answer as to how much I could expect to be charged other than a general "only what you can afford." That's far too vague and not in the least bit helpful. It's laughable that you claim to pride yourself on transparency when you're anything but. I asked for a copy of an itemized bill when talking to the surgical coordinator and was told that I could receive one later. Instead of putting up with all of that, it was easier to just get treatment elsewhere. I've paid my bills, so I have no reason to contact you further. I just hope my review may educate other patients of the practices of this office. read more

Brittani is correct that they try to rush you into major procedures. I was pushed to get a Deviated Septum surgery after coming in just for an ear cleaning! Not sure if the pushiness is for money making reasons or if they are crazy busy. On the other hand I visited the doctor a year earlier and he was very frank and helpful in diagnosing my partial deafness. Protip: Don't be afraid to speak up and ask questions or a sore throat or ear ache could become major surgery. - update: 3/11/14 It all makes sense now... After reading from other yelpers that he sends you to get surgery at place he owns/has monetary-investment in, I can understand why he rushes people to get surgery after a quick look down your throat and ears. read more

Dr. Pasha is amazing! I was suffering from on/off again nose bleeds that were becoming a nuisance. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Pasha's office and the whole process was very straight forward; I was easily able to complete most of the new patient paperwork on the website. When I went in for my appointment - Dr. Pasha put a camera in my nose and found the area where the bleeding was coming from. He "cauterized" it and I have not had a nose bleed since! I had sever nose issues which my GP didn't pick up but within millisecond, Dr Pasha had diagnosed me and within a an hour had me set for quite a complicated medical procedure. After seeing his grandiose office sign just off of 59, I went in for a consult. Long story short, within 10 minutes of talking to him, he wanted my tonsils out, and some major reconstructive surgery on my mouth etc to 'open up the pipe-ways'. I then agreed to go one step at a time, with step 1 happening to be the cauterization of my turbinates...this was not covered and out of pocket for me at near $400. I had caked blood falling out of my nose still nearly a year later...at 2 years now, I see zero improvement. The only thing achieved were that my natural turbinates were burned off....I feel like i get sicker faster now. read more

Last week I had septoplasty surgery with terminate reduction performed by Dr. Raza Pasha. During the surgery, two splints were inserted in my nasal cavity to support the new structure. This week the splints were removed, and I experienced three things. First, immediate sinus pressure and congestion relief. Second, the best breaths I've ever taken through my previously obstructed nose. Third, some of the best sleep I've had in my life. I can now breathe much more freely and deeply with less effort. If I would have known that my breathing would have been improved this much, I would have had this procedure performed years ago when Dr. Pasha first suggested it to me. I've been looking for a Doctor who can help me with my sinus problems (which I have since I was a kid) and a friend recommended me Dr. Pasha. Before visiting him, I decided to go to his website to find out more about him, and it was a nice surprise to find a lot of helpful information about all the treatments he provides, including videos, that gave me a pretty good idea of my options. I finally decided to visit him, we talked about those possible treatments and I asked them some questions regarding what I read online. He gave me a lot of details, specially about the recovery process (I'm kinda worried about that). My boyfriend suffers from major allergies!! His eyes would get really watery and blood shot red. Nose would start running and then the sneezing kicks in really bad. I told him he needs to go see a doctor but he refuses. I finally convinced him to go see Dr. Pasha and it was the best decision ever. He did the allergy test and is now on the regular allergy shots that he does at home. We don't have get stuck in traffic just to come to the office to get his shots. I have to update my review. Dr Pasha reached out to me personally he was impolitic and apologetic for my 1st experience there. Explained that they are patient s satisfaction obsessed and this was one of the rare times errors were made. Even tho I never mentioned it, he recognized and mentioned that he did my wife's surgery and sorted out her allergies. Which is why it was a no brainer to see Dr Pasha for my needs. He resolved issues for her she was dealing with for 2 decades. He review my chart and asked if he could make it up to me by coming back. I agreed and already his staff has reached out to begin the path to diagnosing my problems then to resolving it. I will say my wife raves about the practice here including the staff, Dr Sunny and Dr Pasha. So now I'm again excited to get to the root cause of my issues and resolving them. Went to Dr. Pasha for allergies after a friends recommendation. Before even doing an allergy test he said I probably don't have bad allergies but rather a deviated septum. Turns out I have very few mild allergies and I went in for a minor nose surgery. Dr. Pasha and Sunny are both very professional, courteous and thoughtful. After surgery Sunny called my house asking about my recovery. The recovery was a good week and my nose was sensitive for another 2-3 weeks, but I immediately could breath easier. My post-nasal drip went away and I no longer snorted and sniffed walking around town or sitting at work. My allergy symptoms were gone. My wife even says I don't snore anymore... like not at all. I've just finished my last post-op check-in. Everything is going great and I am really grateful to Dr. Pasha, Sunny and the team. I couldn't recommend them enough. read more

First I would like to thank Dr. Pasha and his staff for taking care of my son as well as myself. I was recommended by 2 friends at work who told me I had to see him after missing several days of work for headaches. I had seen several other doctors including another ENT who really didn't do anything except give me medications. They told me I had migraines. I had been suffering with depression and really was at my wits end. I saw Dr. Pasha with my son who similar problems but not as bad. He looked at my records and ran several tests. He then asked that I get my old scans so he can review it himself. He noticed I had a small cyst called a "mucocele." He took me to the operating room and "drained" the cyst and corrected my septum. It was like a miracle. I am totally cured and so thankful. No more headaches and I can breathe. I am glad that he spent the time to actually look at the X-rays instead of just reading the report.
