We had some surprise challenges along the way, Our home was built in the 1970s with outdated galvanized plumbing, we were unaware that the pipes were corroding from the inside out, once discovered we realized that we were now looking at two projects; re-plumbing and a Kitchen Remodel! Thus far staff have been very accommodating and patient, they have worked with us to get the plumbing issues corrected and while it's not in-expensive I'm glad they caught the issues during the remodel and were upfront with us about it, after speaking with the plumber we chose to have our home re-plumbed and replace all the galvanized pipes with PEX. This process is involved and requires significant portions of the drywall throughout our home to be re-done. This is going to delay Ceramic City's plan to install new tile, cabinets and counters but they are working with us and keeping in contact weekly to check in. We appreciate the customer service especially with the added stress the plumbing has caused.

Working with KNS Solar and Guy Koloko has been great. He took the time to help us figure out…read moreexactly what system we needed without up selling us. Then, he was personally involved in installing the panels and all of the associated wiring, and in explaining how the system worked. In follow-up, he has always been readily available to tweak things, like when we changed our wifi network and needed to reconnect to the MyEnlighten system to monitor the amount of electricity being produced. I expect that we will expand our system in the future and add additional features, like a battery pack. Guy & KNS are highly recommended if you are looking to put in solar. The experience was five stars all the way, and I would give more stars if the rating system allowed it!
