I called the number that was…read moregiven to me, you have to leave a message or listen to the prompts to leave your number in the queue. Someone will call you back, but it took about 1-2 hours. A gentleman called me back and was making my appointment, but I had a dropped call and he did not call back. I had to call back to make sure I was on put on schedule and this took about another hour. My appointment was at 4 o'clock. I arrived a few minutes to check in and filled out some paperwork. The front receptionist asked for ID & insurance card, she takes the cards from me and asked me to have a seat while she verify my insurance. The gentleman who took my information and made my appt ensured me someone will call me to let me know if everything was good to go and if any payment that would be due (Great, because I hate surprises). No one called about payment/copay due or insurance verified. The front desk was verifying my insurance while I sit and wait. X-ray tech called my name and escorted me to the back. I had to answer some questions before she can start, common procedure. The whole process took about 15 minutes. Overall beautiful and clean facility. If my doctor did not referred me here, I would have gone else where. The whole experience with making an appointment was troublesome.

I had a scheduled appointment, arrived 15 minutes early, and still waited over an hour just to be called back. The lack of organization and coordination is obvious. If patients are taking time out of their day for a scheduled appointment, they shouldn't be sitting in a waiting room for an hour wondering why they even bothered booking a time slot. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and the level of service simply wasn't worth it. I won't be coming back for any future scans. If you're looking for reliable service and respect for your time, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Care quality was alright but lazy. Just go somewhere else.

    Appointment scheduled for 10:00am. Got there and was told they had to push it back until 1pm. Never…read moreoffered an apology after telling me they needed time to get a new order. Still insisted I return in 3 hours after they announced they had the new updated order. Returned and started drinking the contrast, 2 bottles in they called me up to tell me I owed $1000 for the current procedure. After telling them I didn't have that kind of money, they said well you can cancel or reschedule. The office manager offered to call insurance and ad I waited longer (now 1 hour) they came back with a different price of $150. It wasn't the inconvenience that gave them 1 star. It was the apathy, the lack of empathy, the lack of explanation, the feeling that I was causing THEM an inconvenience by even being there like I wasn't doing them any favors. This place needs some customer service training as well as education or assistance on time management. I was not at all surprised at how many people canceled and walked out. ​
