Went in for what I thought was ruptured eardrum and dr prescribed ear drops but,when I went to another dr and showed him what I was prescribed he was a bit confused why I was given eye drops in the first place. I waited longer to be called back then to be checked out he really just looked in my ear and said I'll be back with prescription didn't bother to ask if I had any questions or explain my diagnosis . He was in a rush for nothing I was the only patient there. You definitely get what you pay for at this clinic. I HIGHLY not recommend. read more

If your here for a health issue, do not come here. If your here for an easy pass physical/eye exam, it's the best place to come! Doctor and nurse doesn't care. I said a letter wrong on the eye exam and passed. On the physical he didn't even put pressure to check for hernia, just barely touched to act like he was inspecting. It wasn't busy at all, but long waits just to have them rush you out. I honestly think they wouldn't even care if you cheated on the drug test. read more

Have no idea why I haven't reviewed this hot mess ass clinic the first time I went. I've gone 2x in total and now that I am blessed with a job that comes with medical benefits, you'll never catch me in a dump like this again. I was being too cheap, and with the price of out of pocket office visits, I decided to start at a walk-in clinic. The first time I was breaking out with these awful spots and bumps all over me. I went there to save $ and the doctor barely even looked at me or listened to what I was trying to say. I was clearly misdiagnosed and prescribed some expensive medication which broke me out 100 times worse than when I went. As someone with great skin and hardly any acne, even as a teenager, really I was devastated. I still have scars to this day from the treatment. Fast forward a year, I'm working but not insured yet and suffering from high blood pressure. Tis life, all I wanted was a damn Rx! He advised me my blood pressure was too high, he wouldn't write it and I could be dying and needed to go to the ER. I'm looking at him like are you kidding me? Just write me a freaking script and let me get on with life. Of course he didn't and advised me to rush to the ER. Now when my uninsured azz got there, they didn't do shxt and the RN stated and I quote "that dude sent you over here for this?" Now I'm fully aware this doc was on some serious CYA business but if an RN questions your motivation, made me wonder even further if me getting there was more to cover you or save my life. Which btw, that ER bill I got from it was some total BS! But that debacle is a whole nother review coming up... Bottom line unless you are broke down and really only have $60 to your name, I wouldn't deal with this place. It's a shabby, hole in the wall for the super poor. Some walk-in clinics are a good deal and could save you $$$ even when you are fully insured; this one...chile bye! read more

Not sure why all the bad reviews, been taking the family here for years and never had a bad experience. Was there 2 days ago for a sick kid, we were in and out in 25 min. The dr and staff was friendly and knowledgeable, got the prescriptions and now my kid is all better. read more

If there was a -100 star rating option, that's what I would select, but there is not so...I had to select 1 star for the sheer purpose of being able to post a review. This Doctor needs a Doctor. His bedside manner is non existent. He didn't even take the time to "listen" to my symptoms. I asked him a few questions and he said "you know better than I do, don't see a specialist, you know way more than I do..." all very sarcastically and walked out the door. I was so confused, shocked, horrified and disappointed. If Dr. Gerber had taken another 90 seconds before walking out, he would've understood fully why I was there. I walked toward the front desk to pay and leave (pay for 120 seconds of crap service to be dismissed with a "you're an idiot attitude" ) and when I approached the desk to pay for essentially nothing, Dr. Gerber leans out Into the hallway and says "there's no charge, you already know everything" or something along those lines. Fine with me, this place sucks. Stay away from this place, do not go here. There are many, far better walk in clinics than this, even within this price point. And I have a creepy, sneaky suspicion he or someone lives in the back of the clinic "Ewwww." Obviously, from other reviews, I'm not the only one that has had a similar experience...stay far away! I had a terrible stomach ache for about three weeks before I decided to go to clinic. First off like the other reviewers stated the Dr. Is different, he doesn't have a great bedside manner. After a blood test He told me I had H Pylori which I'd never heard of and he explained to me exactly what it was. The Dr. wrote me four Prescriptions which were expensive but badly needed!! I finally had relief after a week on meds. I think most dr's would have just sent me home w/ anti acid meds.. So I was grateful for the correct diagnosis. read more

My husband needed to see a dr for herniated disc following an mri. We wanted conservative treatment before doing epidural shots or surgery. The dr. Asked why we were there amd my husband said are we not supposed to be? Dr said way to be defensive! Then he walks out on us leaving us completely confused. Dr. Gerber is not interested in listening to you and will barely look at you. He is interested only in shuffling you out of his office - and quick. He will write a prescription for the run of the mill sore throat or sinus issue, however, if you need more than that treated, you are better off going across the street to the RediClinic in HEB. read more

Went there 4/19/17. Called before I went there and told them I was coming. When I get there at 7:30 the light were off and I called again and the receptionist said "Oh yeah were closed". How stupid can you be? The sign said open till 8pm. But I guss that's on days that they actually want to stay that late. So unprofessional and a wasted trip. read more

Dr. Gerber is absolutely amazing. He is very smart and is the only doctor to properly diagnose me after seeing doctor after doctor. I thought I would give this clinic a try while I was visiting Tomball, since no one else could figure out the issue. Dr. Gerber gave me a prescription that had me feeling better in less than a day after I'd been sick for weeks! I can't believe the other reviewers were so negative. Dr. Gerber is very smart and spent time listening to me and actually solved my problem!!!! I was amazed at how quickly I got in and out of the clinic with a prescription for medication that actually worked! Excellent and stellar doctor and medical staffers. Saved me from numerous bacterial infections, colds, flus, viruses, food poisoning, stomach viruses, extreme poison ivy, injuries, and other medical situations. Houston, and the surrounding area, is home to an whole plethora of infectious diseases, as well as dangerous natural disasters. Everyone gets sick, or hurt, here, eventually. Dr. Gerber is a doctor that truly practices in an objective and Hippocratic manner, always putting the patient, at hand, first and foremost. The great thing is you don't need an appointment, and you can be seen instantly instead of having to possibly wait weeks to schedule, for other physicians, and the cost is reasonable. read more
