This will be the reason I leave every prescription has been delayed and misordered. I have been waiting 5 days for cold and antibiotic meds and even after doing face to face with representatives I still only got part of the meds. this is not the first time it has been every prescription through them. they only refill with a new doctors visit and would only do 30 day scripts for me. no pain meds bp and diabetes meds. they charge for any paperwork you may need including medical excuses and handicap paperwork. the business side will be the failure my first doctor left because of this reason. Just information try at your own risk!

Why 5 stars? Because an MRI is never exactly the most fun, but I guess this was pretty painless…read more --- --- --- Going in for an MRI is a pretty unfortunate process. It means you're hurting somewhere. And the actual MRI itself is such a bizarre thing. In the not-so-distant future, we will look back on this technology the same way we currently look at VCR's. Not to sound snooty about a machine that can look inside your body, but it's insanely loud and you must remain perfectly still like you're dead for it to work. Every time I go in for one, I can't believe this is still the best way to do this. However, that's the case for any MRI. And my Alliance MRI was pretty painless. I was called back before the start of my appointment and the whole process was no nonsense. A few days later, they sent the report over to my Ortho, and bonus points to Alliance, I had no tears in my achilles. I can give credit to them for that, right?

The staff was very accommodating and helpful... I could tell the technician definitely knew what he was doing and loves his job ( which makes a big difference)! I had some concerns about my Insurance coverage and I was helped right away and effectively in regards to my insurance..... I absolutely recommend this fantastic facility!

So I sit back down and called her to see if she would answer and guess what nothing. Just continued to talk to her friend. So walked back to the window and stood there, she told her friend one second I have someone at my window. I confirmed the number with her and then I said I have been calling all day. All she said was that the phone lines are always busy during these times. So a different time trying to call and make an appointment through the clinic I hear people pick up the phone and then put me back on hold without saying anything!

Then my ankle I have major issues proven w/ other MRIs wrong & so much more! I went in& showed staff that he hadn't looked at the MRIs by the proof of other MRIs findings. They said bring those results. I said no, he needs to look at them and not just copy what's on others. She said they have had"issues w that company but was in a hurry for my results" Then weeks later & age many calls to them, the office manager said they will not get someone else to read the MRIs again. The MRI technologist was amazing, very helpful and he did a great job of making sure I was comfortable and not scared. He also took extra care to make double sure that my ear plugs were in good before we started the mri because it gets so loud in there. They gave me a cd with the copy of the images on it before I left and the report was finished and sent to my email a day earlier than expected. They did a phenomenal job from start to finish!

The first thing I noticed when I walked up is how small their waiting area is, there were 11 seats and only one was open. I figured that meant a long wait time. I was pleasantly surprised when I was called in 15 minutes later. I changed into the hospital gown and shortly after they came to get me for the MRI. I was in and out in less than an hour. The facility as a whole was clean and the personnel were all nice.
