Then I made a reservation online and they again called to tell me that my cleaning fell into a new category that was priced differently and would be substantially more. After asking that they honor their original price, they declined, and I decided to do business with one of the many other maid services in the area--one that won't mislead me about price. It may be that this whole, frustrating, time-consuming process was merely a product of misunderstanding. I actually think that is true. But this company needs to clearly and simply express and explain their terms and their pricing, and it's not that hard to do. Other companies have no problem with this. I am going to find a house cleaner who makes my life easier, not more difficult and endlessly frustrating. I urge others to do the same.

Not worth it for the money you put out. I got a "deep cleaning" done and there was still a ton of dust left in the corners of my rooms and the bathrooms looked like they had been untouched! Any residue I had in the shower tiles were still there when a quick "bleach" would've done the trick. They didn't even bother cleaning any of my mirrors in my house! Stay away from this company for deep cleaning. Definitely not worth the money and I will never have them clean my home again!

This is often called a deep clean and for me is always after the home sellers have moved out or for lease properties between tenants. They completed another of these yesterday and the fridge, oven, dishwasher, blinds, floors, toilets, and all surfaces were all great. The issue is that they left one of my toilets running water. My realtor found out 10 days later, and I received a huge water bill at the end of that period. I communicated with the owner, and they rejected responsibility. I showed two bills prior to the cleaning, and one bill after the cleaning for water consumption comparison, and the owner chose to stay quiet. They are not members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), so I can't submit a claim. Other businesses that provide the same service are BBB members; hire those. The most expensive cleaning. They need to develop some SOP, so they avoid leaving toilets running water.
