You are forced to pay for an extra month prior to shred with current cost of 1100$/month AFTER you request the shred. We asked for a chart out of those records during that extra month and were told we would have to start the shred process over, paying another month of 1100$ . You can not get response from customer service. I have overspent 2200$ waiting for responses to get the job done.
